The subject of this public procurement is a service provided against payment within the meaning of Art. 3, para 1, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act, consisting in the provision of insurance services, as follows: Group risk mitigation1338 employees of DG "Protection", civil liability insurance of 165 motor vehicles and insurance of Casco insurance and motor vehicle accident of 165 motor vehicles.

The subject of this public procurement is a service provided against payment within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act-of insurance services as follows: group risk insurance for 1338 employees of DG Security.-suitability to exercise professional activity

Minimum requirement: Participants under Article 12 of the Insurance Code must hold a valid license / authorization for the relevant type of insurance / s for performing insurance activity, issued by the competent authority(s):

At the submission of the tender, the participants declare the compliance with this selection criterion only by filling in the relevant section of the EEDOP.

The participant designated as contractor should verifies compliance with the minimum requirements with a copy of the license / authorization for the respective type of plantinsurance policy, issued in accordance with the rules and rules of the Insurance Code. If the participant is a non-resident, he may present a valid equivalent document or declaration or certificate issued by a competent authority of a Member State of the European Union or of another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, • When submitting a tender, participants will declare compliance with this selection criterion only by filling in the relevant section of EEDOP. In accordance with Art. 67, para. 6 of the PPA, the documents should be submitted by the designated contractor before the conclusion of the public procurement contract.financial and economic situation of the participants in Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3. - Participants should declare that the tax and social security obligations, the protection of the environment, the protection of the employment and working conditions under current national legislation (under Article 39 (3) (1) (e) of the PPPP).
