The purpose of this notice is to establish a master framework agreement, with a minimum amount (-5% of the estimated total market price) and with a maximum of 20 % in relation to the estimated total market value), one-off, covering the insurance and management of comprehensive protection servicesin a compulsory group contract for RATP employees.

The figures below are indicative and do not commit RATP. Around 45, 000 RATP employees; approximately 32, 000 rights holders; approximately 48, 000 former employees and their dependents.

Applicant companies will have to provide the elements contained in the DC1 print (letter of candidacyature and authorization of the agent by his co-contractors) and DC2 (declaration of the individual candidate or the member of the grouping) (or equivalent elements for candidates not established in France or DUME)

In the case of an applicant's response in a grouping of companies, each co-contractor must provide a DC2 form (or equivalent elements or DUME); Form DC1 will be common to all co-contractors.

These documents, certificates or attestations are produced in French language.

Applicants who are unable to submit the requested references may justify their financial capacity by any other means.

Candidates will also provide: the balance sheets or extracts from balance sheets for the last 2 years, the appropriate bank statements or, where applicable, proof of risk insurance-relevant professionals.

- a copy of the C5 and C6 reports and the solvency report for the last financial year closed (or equivalent elements for the candidates not established in France),

- a certificate of the candidate certifying that he has the margin sufficient solvency, has not been the subject of any sanction, injunction, emergency measure orsafeguarding by the competent supervisory authority.

In the case where the candidate requests the taking into account of the capacities of other companies in particular in case of subcontracting or recourse to the capacities of the parent company, it will have to justify these capabilities and the fact that they will dispose of them during the whole execution of the market by the production of either a contract or a written undertaking.
