The present notice aims at establishing a framework agreement with orders, with minimum amount (-5% compared to the estimated total market price) and with maximum (20% compared to the total amount of the market considered), one-off, for the insurance and the management of the benefits of collectivethe framework of a compulsory group contract for RATP employees. This collective and compulsory supplementary scheme will also be supplemented by additional optional benefits provided by the employees. The purpose of the collective pension scheme is to supplement the benefits paid to employees by the mandatory social security schemes for the IncaPensions, disability and death.
The figures below are indicative and do not commit RATP.
RATP has about 45, 000 employees; approximately 32, 000 beneficiaries; approximately 48, 000 former employees and their dependents.
Candidate companies must provide the elements contained in the DC1 print (letter of application and authorization of the representative by his co-contractors)and DC2 (declaration of the individual candidate or the member of the group) (or equivalent elements for candidates not established in France or DUME).

In the case of a candidate's response en group of companies, each co-contractor will have to provide a DC2 form (or equivalent elements or DUME); Form DC1 will be common to all co-contractors.
These documents, certificates or attestations are produced in French language.
Applicant companies must provide the elements contained in form DC2 (or elements equivalent for candidates not established in France.or DUMA).
Applicants who are unable to submit the requested references may justify their financial capacity by any other means.
Candidates will also provide: balance sheets or extracts from balance sheets for the last 2 years, the appropriate declarations banks or, where applicable, proof of professional risk insurance.
- a copy of the C5 and-C6 as well as the solvency report for the last financial year closed (or equivalent elements for the candidates not established in France),
- a certificate of the candidate certifying that it has the sufficient margin of solvency, did not make the subject during the last three years of sanction, injunction, emergency or safeguard action by the controlling authorityIn the case where the candidate requests the taking into account of the capacities of other companies in particular in the event of subcontracting or recourse to the capacities of the parent company, he will have to justify these capacities and the fact that it shall be in good standing throughout the course of the contract by producing either a contract or a written undertaking.
A) The supply of the DCE shall be subject to signatureprior to a confidentiality commitment. The time limit in which this document must be signed without modifications or reservations will be indicated in the message accompanying the sending of this commitment. Dematerialized answers in which a virus would be detectedwill not be attempted. They will be deemed never to have been received and the candidate will be informed: the SCs will then be examined.
In case of surrender of the SC, they will be deemed never to have been received and the candidate will be informed, the CSs will be rejected and returned to the candidate without having been examined.
In the event that the CS includesn or electronic support (s) in which (s) one (s) a virus would be detected, the candidacy / offer of the candidate will be definitively rejected.
