"Provision of Insurance Services", by lots

This contract includes the assignment of 4 lots, insurance services through which are sought:

Main Site: Republic of Bulgaria

- Provision of insurance cover against indicated risks to 1 046 persons (with the possibility of their reduction and / or increase) during the performance of their dutiesin accordance with the Ordinance on Compulsory Insurance of Employees for Risk of Accident at Work,

- Payment of Benefits in the Event of an Insurance Event Included in the Risks Covered

The participants in the procedure, as required by Article 12 of the Insurance Code, must have a valid license / authorization issued by a competent authority to provide insuranceon the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, the scope of which shall include the types of insurance covered by the separate lot for which the offer is submitted and the foreign persons - an analogous document according to the legislation of the Member State in which they are established. the authorization should be valid for the entire duration of the contract.

Participant submitting a tender hand the participation in more than one lot must hold a license / authorization to carry out insurance activity on the subject of each of the lots ..

To prove the selection criteria when preparing and submitting a tender the participant will fill in: Part IV: Criteria for Selection, Section A: "Fitness", p.2) of the Single European Public Procurement Document (EEDOP).

Note: in casesthey under Art. 67, para. 5 and para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the participant selected for the contractor shall submit: - a certified true copy of a valid license / permit issued by a competent body for performing insurance activity on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, the scope of which shall include the types of insurance, subject of the separate item for which the tender was submitted, and the foreign onesa document similar to the law of the Member State in which they are established - Documents shall also be submitted to subcontractors and third parties, if any, and applicable. Pursuant to Art. 47, para. 9 pt. 6 of the PPPP when a tenderer submits an offer for more than one vol. item, in the package under par. 2 for each of the positions are presented separately compdocuments referred to in Art. 39, para. 3, item 1 of the ROPP (technical proposal) and documents under Art. 39, para. 3, item 2 (price offer), indicating the position to which they refer. Pursuant to Art. 47, para. 10 of the RPSP and that the selection criteria for the individual R & the positions of the order are the same, a single application for participation may be submitted if an offer is submitted for more than 1 position. Opthe contractor, before signing the contract, submits a performance guarantee of 5% of the value of the contract without VAT. The guarantee shall be presented in one of the forms provided in Art. 111, para. 5 of the PPA at the discretion of this participant. The terms and conditions for the detention or release of the guarantee are set out in the draft contract. The assignor shall remove from participation in a proceedingparticipant url:

- for whom one of the following grounds provided in Art. 54, para. 1 and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1, 3, 4 and 5 of the Public Procurement Act. It is not excluded from participation in the procedure, participant for whom the circumstances under Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act ifit is demonstrated that he has not ceased his activities and is able to perform the contract under the applicable national rules for the continuation of business in the country in which he is established; these remedial circumstances are also applicable if they are relevant to a member of a physicist association. and / or Jewish. persons - participant, - who does not meet the selection criteria or fails to fulfill anothermentioned in the contract notice or the documentation, and one for whom the prohibitions under Art. 3, p. 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons controlled by them and their real owners, unless the exceptions under Art. 4 of the same law and for whom-there are circumstances under Art. 69 of the Law for Counteracting Corruption and for Removal of Unlawfully Acquired Property,

- related persons according to -2, item 45 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Public Procurement Act,

- who has not submitted in due time a justification under Art. 72, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, - in whose price the price for execution of the order exceeds the maximum indicated by the contracting authority and its bid will not participate in the assessment and-the ranking due to the submission of a tender that does not meet the conditions previously announced by the assignor. 6. Reason. item 2, assigned under Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act, has as its object: ref. to third persons of the staff of the BST using firearms for security purposes, volume - coverage for 7 employees, value - BGN 3 000 excluding VAT
