General Third Party Liability Insurance in connection with a licensethe activities under the Energy Act carried out by Bulgartransgaz EAD: natural gas transmission, storage of natural gas, and in relation to the professional liability as a builder and designer, detailed in the technical specification - The participant should hold a license to carry out insurance activity on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria under the provisions of the Insurance Code, issued by the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC), valid at the time of submitting the tender and including the types of insurance covered by the contract for each lot for which the bidder submitted a tender. Foreign participants should hold a license or authorization to perform insurance business under Bulgarian law or a similar document issued underthe law of the Member State in which the participant is established valid at the time of submission of the tender and including the types of insurance covered by this tender.

When submitting a tender, the participants declare compliance with the requirement, stating "Yes" in Part IV, section "A" - "Fitness" of the eEEDOP.

Prior to entering into a contract, the compliance with the criteria setselection shall be proved by presenting a certified copy of a license issued by the FSC for the performance of the types of insurance covered by the order for each lot, by local legal entities and insurers from a third country through a branch registered under the Commercial Law in the Republic of Bulgaria, and an insurer from another Member State of the European Union presents a copy of a license or permission to do sounder the legislation of the Member State in which the participant is established, including the types of insurance covered by this procurement.

The participant must have realized a minimum total turnover in BGN, calculated on the basis of annual turnover, in relation to Art. 61, para. 1, item 1 ot PPL. The data should cover the last 3 (three) completed financial years depending on the date when the participant was established or started its activity, according to art. 62, para. 3 of the Public Procurement Act. Foreign participants present the document certifying the current status and the relevant power of attorney in the- in the Bulgarian language, - for the representatives of the mass media - identity document, official card or other document, certifying the official status, by virtue of which the person has the right to attend. In the event of a discrepancy between the written numeral and the word general insurance premium / insurance premiums for performance, the subject of the order in the respective unita valid position shall be adopted, the said word, as the same shall be announced by the commission for conducting the procedure on the grounds of art. 57, para. 3 of the RPSP. In the event that such non-compliance is found, the participant should bring the total insurance premium / insurance premiums and the unit prices quoted digitally with the total insurance premium / insurance premiums of the offer, shall be spoken at a time specified by the Commission. In the event of a discrepancy between the proposed unit prices and the total insurance premium / insurance premium, the total insurance premium / insurance premiums of the offer will be valid and in case of such non-compliance, the participant should bring the unit prices in line with the general insurance premium premium / pret(a) premiums written in writing at a time specified by the Commission
