The candidate / service provider for this assignment is to be recognized as an insurance company by the NBB / FMSA as 'company authorized to take out insurance in' in Belgium for the relevant branches or to be recognized as such have been checked by the control body of his country if he is only present in other Member States of the Ehas European branches in accordance with Articles 64 to 66 of the Law of 9.7.1975 on the inspection of insurance companies:
• Lot 1 Accident insurance and industrial accidents trainees
• Lot 2 BA motor vehicles, BA electric bicycles, legal assistance, motor vehicle damage and electric bicycles and passenger accidents.
