Public service contract for group hospitalization and medical expenses

The purpose of the contract is the award of group hospital insurance and medical expenses of the staff of the agency.

The purpose of the contract is the awarding of group hospitalization and medical expensesAgency staff.

The group insurance policy will cover:

1) all agency staff;

2) the person with whom the agency staff member lives ( spouse or cohabitant in the same household composition), at the request of the agent;

3) the children of the staff member of the agency or the person with whom the staff member of the agencyit is a couple (spouse or cohabitant included in the same household composition and provided that the children are under 26 years of age or have an adult handicapped status), at the request of the agent;

4) the members of the staff pensioners of the agency, if they so request;

5) the persons with whom the pensioners of the agency live in a couple (spouse or cohabitants the same household composition), at the request of the pensioner;

6) children in the same household composition of the pension staff member of the agency or the person with whom the staff member is the agency lives in a couple (spouse or cohabitant included in the same household composition and provided that the children are under 26 or have a status of adudisabled), at the request of the pensioner; (7) widows and widowers of agency staff members and their children, included in the same household composition and provided that children have less than 26 years of age; years or have a status of disabled adult, if they wish to continue their contract;

8) the administrative staff of the subsidiaries of the agency, if they make the requestand (9) children under the age of 26 or with an adult disability status of the administrative staff member of the branch of the agency or the person with whom the branch staff member of the agency lives. couple (spouse or cohabitant included in the same household composition), at the request of the agent.

The market will have a duration of 2 years from 1.1.2019. The market will be ablebe renewed twice for a period of 1 year, unless denounced by one of the parties notified by registered letter mailed at least 1 year before the end of the period of validity of 2 years or 3 years. The service will be provided on a continuous basis.

The present contract does not affect the possibility for the agency to call on another service provider for missions.The tenderer proves his aptitude for exercising professional activity by: - - his approval as an insurance company under Belgian law (Article 17 of the Law of 13.3. 2016 on the status and control of insurance or reinsurance undertakings)

The tenderer proves that he has the economic and financial capacitysufficient: - an annual turnover in the field of activity concerned by the market (group hospitalization and medical expenses) of at least 500 000, 00 EUR excluding VAT for the last 3 years available according to the date of creation of the business or start of business of the economic operator, to the extent that information on these turnover figures-are available.
