Replacement of thermal insulation on the Fordon overhead network in Bydgoszcz from ECII to ul. Przemysłowa P-2050
The subject of the order is:
Main Site: Fordon Bydgoszcz District from ECII (precinct 132 plot 2/14) to ul. Przemysłowa P-2050 (area 234 plot 2/2).
Prthe order is:
Replacement of thermal insulation on the Fordon overhead network in Bydgoszcz from ECII (precinct 132 plot 2/14) to ul. Przemysłowa P-2050 (precinct 234 plot 2/2) for the project entitled "Increasing energy efficiency through the reconstruction and thermal modernization of the heating network in the city of Bydgoszcz, stage 1" co-financed from the funds of the Spojności Fund under the Program-Operational Infrastructure and Environment for 2014-2020, Priority axis I Reduction of the emissivity of the economy, Measure 1.5 Effective distribution of heat and cold.
Scope of the order includes:
Replacement of thermal insulation with protective coatings on above ground pipelines, taking place in technologies that take into account the nature of isolated elements ie: - for straight pipeline sections, nalmake insulations using prefabricated insulating shells made of PUR foam, combined with a jacket made of galvanized steel sheet constituting a prefabricated insulation system, - for pipeline fittings such as knees and bends as well as triplets and fittings, the insulation of PUR foam segment elements should be used foam-bonded contacts, with a sheet of tin steel- for isolation of sliding supports and fixed points, insulation should be used that meets the material requirements of the Technical Specification for Construction Work and Acceptance (hereinafter referred to as STWiORB).
Scope of the work covered by this study includes:
a) Execution of the robot including disassembly and utilization of existing insulation thermal insulation with protective coatings;
b) Execution of the robotincluding cleaning and re-corrosion of pipelines
c) Execution of a robot including installation of insulation together with all necessary auxiliary works;
d) Execution of the robot including cleaning of supporting elements (heads and slides) modernized pipeline and re-protection against corrosion.
e) Performing weld tests welded pipelines in places and quantitiesspecified by the customer, using non-destructive methods. The Employer's services, supervision inspector and other authorized persons have the right to call the Contractor to randomly check the indicated welds agreed by the Employer (not less than 10% of all welds);
f) Temporary and accompanying works, including cleaning and replacement works after the completion of the main works modernizaceIn the accompanying works, it is necessary to perform: - construction protection in terms of health and safety, - temporary passages and peaks for pedestrians,
- securing the area for the time of construction,
- temporary collection of waste generated during works, including elements created on the effect of dismantling the pipeline insulation,
- surveying work,
- changing the organization of traffic for the construction period.

1. If in the pro documentationThe trademarks or proper names are found in the trademark, it should be recognized that they testify to the quality of the materials / devices and are only of an auxiliary nature to determine the basic parameters and characteristics of the materials / devices used. In this case, the Contracting Party informs that it allows submitting bids, which individual materials / devices listed in the project documentation may be replacedwith equivalent materials / devices. Equivalent products shall be deemed by the Ordering Party to have those which have not worse technical parameters than those indicated by proper names, and their application will in no way affect the proper functioning of technical solutions provided for in the project documentation. Contractors who participate in this procedure may participate. meet the following jointlyproviding conditions regarding the economic or financial situation ensuring the order execution.
The Contracting Authority will consider the condition fulfilled if the Contractor demonstrates that:
a) has funds or creditworthiness in the amount not less than PLN 1, 500, 000.00 (in words: one million five hundred thousand PLN).
b) is insured against civil liability in respect of business activitiesrelated to the subject of the order for a minimum guarantee amount of PLN 2, 000, 000.00 (in words: two million PLN).
To convert the financial value specified in n. a in currency other than PLN, the Ordering Party for the purpose of assessing the fulfillment of the condition of participation in the proceeding will apply the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland from the date of publication of the notice on the order in Dziennik-Journal of the European Union, and if the exchange rate was not announced on that day, it is according to the table of average NBP rates last before this date announced. In matters not covered by the announcement, SIWZ and attachments to the Terms of Reference, the provisions of the PPL Act shall apply.
2. The provisions of the Civil Code apply to the actions taken by the Ordering Party and the Contractors in the proceedings for granting the order, unless the provisions of the PPL Act provide otherwise.
3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to annul the procedure for awarding the order - in the event that it will not be granted funds from the European Union budget from the European Spoyment Fund, which the Employer intended to allocate to the order.
