The client wants a reliable IP-based telephone system for the GMU that can optimally support the various processes that take place at the control room.and. The telephony system also facilitates internal traffic between centralists and via the PABX lines with other personnel of the GMU. The telephony system must therefore be prepared for SIP trunking. The contractor will take care of the technical and application management of the telephony system, with the exception of all installation work on the controls at the workstations in the GMU that the GMU carries out in-house.
