The subject of the orders is project and implementationCentral monitoring of vehicles and machines (including airport vehicles) along with fleet management software for the needs of Przedsiębiorstwo Państwowe "Porty Lotnicze" (PPL) System enabling tracking and locating vehicles using satellite geolocation technology, monitoring 100 vehicles and their operational parameters at digital fleet maps, optional din addition to 400 vehicles, integrated with a multifunctional vehicle fleet management program (or one of its modules) with extensive configuration and expansion capabilities, with an intuitive and easy-to-use user interface that allows keeping records of vehicles, drivers, organizational units and full supervision over operation vehicles and multidimensional analysis kosztow. Software with source code, with perpetual licenses, own server, training of PPL employees in the scope of assembly and servicing of the System.

The subject of the order is project and implementation of central monitoring of vehicles and machines with software for fleet vehicles managementof the State Enterprise "Porty Lotnicze".

Contractor:

1. Deliver and agree Project Documentation (including Executive Design) and implement and implement software for the vehicle monitoring and fleet management center based on it

2 will provide servers with all necessary components the system enabling the proper operation of the system.

3 will provide all necessaryne licenses;

4. provide supervision over the implementation (implementation, tests, post-implementation assistance, technical support);

5. provide service and technical support (24/7/365) during the term of the Agreement as well as during the at least 3-year warranty period;

6. will provide a perpetual license with source code for the software;

7. will ensure the supply and installation of 100 sys. geolocation terminalsGalileo and GPS together with the necessary equipment (sensors, readers, fuel probes, antennas, cabling, etc.) in vehicles and machines used at Chopin Airport. As part of the option, the Supplier will provide a further 400 units of Terminals and assembly for selected configurations within 3 years from the launch of the System;

8. implements a multifunctional program for fleet management of vehicles and machines. Orderand cooperating entities with high configuration and expansion capabilities, having an intuitive and easy-to-use interface for entering and reading data with real-time vehicle monitoring. Minimum required functionalities:

- locate vehicles on online digital maps, control of vehicle entry / exit from the assigned zone; driver identification, indicatesnot vehicle speed, working time; the level of fuel in the tank, km / hour meter status, alarm generation, reconstruction of vehicle routes and its operational parameters up to 2 years back,

- vehicle records,

- driver records,

- vehicle equipment records,

- detailed cost records,

- service planning and official examinations, payment of applicable fees and taxes, - registrationall operations and costs related to tires and wheels,

- workshop - interface for importing data from the current workshop and warehouse system (ORACLE),

- registration of insurance policies and dates of their validity, record of damage and costs,

- driver identification,

- service / private driving - the driver can turn off the vehicle's location data transfer afterd. private rides and inclusion during business trips,

- billing and control of fuel consumption - import of data from refueling from the factory station of fuel station, import from fuel purchase statements for PKN Orlen fleet cards, registration of fuel purchases based on purchase invoices. Settlement of fuel according to standards defined for each vehicle individually. Detailed analysis and statements byany criteria;

- ecodriving (only passenger cars and LCV vehicles up to 3.5 tons) - basic analysis of the driving style and creating driving style reports;

- settlement of the limits granted to the employee, (eg fuel) and automatic generation of loads;

- creating protocols issuing / picking up the vehicle or equipment for the user;

- granting administrator / operator-broadcast rightse entitlements to individual functions and resources;

- support for many companies service of companies (external entities operating at PPL airports) in the scope of CMP and fleet management (company / region)

- reports and analyzes of an external analyst and reports according to any criteria (based on any variable collected in the system);

2. The ordering party (in accordance with Article 26 paragraph 1 of the Act) will call the Contractor, whose offer was the highest rated to submit the following documents within the set deadlineand confirmation of the lack of grounds for exclusion in the scope of art. 24 sec. 1 of the Act indicated in the Ordinance of the Minister of Development of 26.7.2016 in "on the types of documents (...)": - - paragraph 5, item 1) - in the scope of paragraph 24, item 13, 14, 21 of the Act, - - par 5 point 4) - within the scope of Article 24 paragraph 5 point 1 of the Act,

- paragraph 5 point 2), 3) and 9) - within the scope of Article 24 paragraph 5 point 8 of the Act, - - paragraph 5 point 5) - within the scope of art.24 sec. 1 point 15 of the Act,

3. If the Contractor has his registered office or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, and also if the person whose document relates is residing outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, the principles set out in par. 7 and 8 above Regulation.

According to art. 24 sec. 11 of the Contractor's Act within 3 days from the date of posting on the website the information referred to in art. 86 par. 5 of the Act will provide the Employer with a declaration of belonging or non-affiliation to thesej of the capital group itself, referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 point 23 of the Act. With the submission of a statement, the Contractor may provide evidence that links with another Contractor do not lead to distortion of competition in the procurement procedure. The Contracting Authority informs that for a period of two months, referred to in Section IV point 2.6 of this notice should be understood as a period of 60 days counton the day of opening tenders.
