This notice is part of the framework of the T1 PACT Tramway Project (Coordinated Action Plan for the T1 tram line) Lot T-05 (Stations).
This notice is a multi-award winners' contract.You have to conclude 2 master agreements with purchase orders for:
Step 1: for 10 stations of the T1 line (on the trunk off-station): the study, the removal of existing equipment, the supply, the installation, connection, parameterization, testing and commissioning of systems and equipment. For 9 additional stations of line T1 (on the trunk of a): the re-entrypassenger information system (passenger information kiosks, intercoms ...
Step 2: for 9 stations of line T1 (on the trunk off station): the study, the deposit of existing equipment, the supply, the 'installation, connection, parameterization, testing and commissioning of systems and equipment.
These weak currents may relate to video surveillance, interphonetelephony, passenger information, sound, sales, control and access, supervision, burglary-aggression, computer network access points. These equipment and systems can be deployed, or replaced according to the needs of the RATP, in the stations, the technical rooms and the operating premises.
The cables and the majority of the supplies will beprovided by RATP to the holders of the framework agreements
RATP draws the attention of the applicants to the fact that the services may be carried out on materials likely to cause the emission of asbestos fibers (Subsection 4).
For each of the framework agreements, the services included in the minimum amount are:
- the execution of the studies of execution, the follow-up of the services, ltesting and commissioning,
- removal of equipment and cables CFA to allow the renovation of docks,
- the unwinding, connection and measurements of all connections (including capillary cabling) necessary for the transport of 'energy and information,
- supply, installation and connection of all or part of the equipment,
- connection and testing related to thesupervision and management of equipment,
- documentation of equipment and facilities, and related training,
- guarantee of equipment and facilities for a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of each installation
each of the framework agreements, the benefits included in the maximum amount are:
- the benefits included in the amountminimum,
- a variation of more () 30% of the minimum amount.
The conditions of award of the contract are as follows:
- the tenderer whose bid will be ranked in 1 position of the final ranking of the bids will be awarded the Framework Agreement No 1 - the tenderer whose tender will be ranked in 2 position in the final ranking of tenders will be awarded Framework Agreement No 2.andidates will have to provide the elements contained in the print DC1 (letter of application and authorization of the agent by his co-contractors) and DC2 (declaration of the individual candidate or the member of the grouping) (or elements equivalent for the candidates not established in France or DUME) These elements may be provided on free paper or on the printed forms available on the website of the Ministry offinances at the following address:

In the case of a candidate's response in a grouping of companies, each co-contractor will have to provide a DC2 form (or equivalent elements or DUME); Form DC1 will be common to all co-contractors.
These documents, certificates or attestations are produced in French.its candidates will have to provide the elements contained in form DC2 (or equivalent elements for the candidates not established in France or DUME).
Candidates who are not able to present the references requested can justify their financial capacity by any other means
Candidates will also provide: balance sheets or extracts from balance sheets, appropriate declarations ofbanks or where appropriate, proof of insurance against relevant occupational risks.
In the case where the candidate requests the taking into account of the capacities of other companies in particular in case of subcontracting or recourse to the capacities of the house it will have to justify these capacities and the fact that it will dispose of them during the whole execution of the market by the production of a contrat is a written commitment.
