Installation of Bird Attack Protection

The subject matter of VZ is the commitment of selected suppliers for each part of the VZ to perform a service consisting of installing bird protection on the MV guide with support isolators without cut, with support insulation with support and support insulation without cut and with cut - installation activity, incl. ready work (securedthe land, co-ordinating the plan in cooperation with the Submitter). In the case of this public contract, oneon proceedings with publication pursuant to Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement (Public Health Contract), in force. First, the contractor submits a request for participation in a given tender, which they submit to the contracting authority within the period specified in point IV.2.2) of this notice, together with documents proving compliance with the qualification through NEN. Subsequently, the vendors who qualify will be invited to submit a pre-trialh offers processed according to the contracting authority's tender documentation. The time limit for submitting provisional tenders will be set out in the call for tenders given in NEN. In accordance with Section 61 (8) of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority reserves the right not to act on pre-tenders and that a public contract may already be awarded on the basis of preliminary tenders.The Provider warns that any other form of communication between the Advertiser and the Supplier, except for the Provisional Quotation Proceedings, will not be considered. In accordance with Section 170 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the award procedure.
