The subject of the Sector Public Contracts entitled "DR25_Modernization of the Electric Coal Crushing Station 2nd Coal Extraction" is engineering, ie elaboration and delivery of project documentation, project documentation of actual execution, accompanying technical documentation and other documentation to execute the Subject of Performance by the Supplier, and further implementationIn the course of which the modernization of worn electrical equipment and other parts of mining technology will be carried out by crushing complex DR25. as, locality Mines Nastup Tušimice, 2nd coal exhaust, specifically in the UDUT section.the prerequisites are specified in the Tender Documentation

In the case of this public contract, it is a negotiated procedure with publication pursuant to Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement (ZZVZ), as amended. First, the contractor shall submit an application to participate in the contract award procedure, which they shall submit to the contracting authority within the period referred to in point IV.2.2) of this notice, together with the documents proving theednictvim NEN. Subsequently, the qualified suppliers will be invited to submit preliminary tenders drawn up in accordance with the contracting authority`s specifications. The deadline for submission of provisional tenders will be set out in the invitation to tender provided in the NEN. The Contracting Authority reserves, in accordance with Section 61 (8) of the Public Procurement Act, that preliminary tenders need not be negotiated and that a public contract may be awardedon the basis of preliminary offers. In accordance with Section 170 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the tendering procedure. Communication between the Contracting Authority and the Contractors, except for preliminary negotiation of preliminary quotes, shall be carried out exclusively through the National Electronic Instrument (NEN). The Contracting Authority warns that any other form of communication between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor, exceptquotes will not be considered.
