In competitive dialogue - replacement service, maintenance and operation of light sources and lighting systems technicentres of Nevers and Venissieux with the aim of reducingenergy consumption on the lighting station.

Main Site: Technicentre de Venissieux.

Replacement service, maintenance and exploitation of the light sources and lighting systems of the Venissieux technicentre in order to reduce the energy consumption of this site on the post illumination.

Applicants must attach to their application form the documentss and the following information (in the case of a group application, each of the following items must be sent by each member of the consortium):

- the documents justifying the legal existence of the company, together with the number of registration in the Register of Commerce and Companies (or equivalent),

- the printed DC1 title duly complete and signed,

- the printer DC2 entitled duly complete.

Lorsque candidates want to assert the capabilities of other operators they must justify the capabilities of these operators as well as the fact that they will dispose of them for the performance of the market.

Applicants must enclose with their application form thes following documents and information (in the case of a group application, each of the items required below must be sent by each member of the group):

- a statement showing, for each of the last 3 financial years available, the turnover annual turnover and the turnover in respect of supplies, services or works covered by the market, - a copy of thelast balance sheet, or extracts of balance sheets, economic operators for which

the establishment of the balance sheets is obligatory by virtue of the law,

- an appropriate declaration of banks or proof of an insurance for the professional risks,

- where appropriate, a description of the consistency of the financial relationship between the subsidiary and the parent-house, the relationship of belonging to such group,

- a declafor each of the last 3 financial years, the average annual workforce of the company and the size of the management staff.

SNCF issues this notice in the name and on behalf of SNCF.

The present consultation is carried out in the context of the competitive dialogue, subject of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets. As part of this procedure, the negociatiwe are not systematic. This is an eventuality that can be implemented by the buyer depending on the level of the offers submitted.

The buying entity develops online consultations, by electronic means. The e-mail contact details of the representative authorized to bid on the present consultation must be mentioned in the application file.

Any application sent by youre-mail must be sent on the EASI platform (see section I) of the notice) by a representative of the duly authorized candidate. No sending by e-mail is allowed. The candidate must be able to justify the powers of his representative on the request of the purchasing entity.

Any electronic application not respecting the aforementioned formalism or sent to another addressis rejected without being analyzed.

For any technical difficulties, the candidate may approach the support platform providers (accessible from the address given in section I)). For all other questions, the candidate must contact the buyer whose contact details are listed in point I.1) of this notice.

After examination of the documents, the purchasing entity evaluates the capacityof the candidate and selects the candidates able to submit an offer and to participate in the dialogue.

The present consultation is carried out within the framework of a procedure with negotiation in accordance with the code of the public order.

The market will be subjected to the provisions of the Cahier des clauses and general conditions (CCCG) applicable to the markets for the supply of services, supply and works ofthe SNCF, available on the site sncf.com:
