The acquisition covers the following types of activities:

Main Site: SNN-Branch of CNE Cernavoda

According to the CR specificationsystems and metallic constructions, at the request of the purchaser:

1) Execution of various steel structures made of steel S235 / S355, stainless steel and aluminum respectively:

(a) Steel structures S235 / S355,

(b) c) Aluminum structures

2) Assembling various metallic and anchor constructions:

(a) Mounting of steel metal structures S235 / S355,

(b) Mounting of stainless steel /Hilti anchors of various sizes (M10, M12, M16, M20, M24)

3) Galvanized metal bars for walkways / platforms 4) Dismantling / mounting of metal panels of different sizes, at heights between 1, 5 and 4 m; 5) Decommissioning of metallic constructions; 6) Decommissioning of metallic installations, systems and structures; Maintenance, repair of structures and metal structureswhat:

1) Current maintenance of metallic structures and structures, consisting of maintenance of door and window locks, maintenance of electrical panels, junction boxes, antiseismic and anti-burglary systems for equipments (excluding electrical and automation etc.), other activities specific maintenance carried out daily at the headquarters of the CNE Cernavoda Branch;metallic structures, metal structures, structures and parts (fastening systems, chimney caps and technological channels, metal furniture, PE / PEHD pipes, others, etc.). For the activities carried out at the Cernavoda NPP headquarters, the staff of the provider will have to go through a training programtheoretical, within the limit of 2 000 hours within 48 months.

Modality of performance: all economic operators participating in the procedure (bidders, affiliated bidders, third-party supporters, declared subcontractors) will complete and submit the declaration of non-compliance with the provisions-art. 72 and 73 of Law no. (2) The tenderer, the associated tenderer, the subcontractor, the third party must not fall within the situations provided for in Articles 177, 178 and 180 of the Financial Regulation (Form III.1.1.a.1 of Section III "Forms"); Law 99/2016

Way of fulfillment: all economic operators participating in the procedure (tenderers, joint bidders, third parties, subcontractors(s)) shall complete the Single European Procurement Document (IAEA), Part I, II and III with the information relating to their situation.

At the request of the contracting entity, the tenderer ranked first after applying the award criterion to the admissible tenders shall submit updated supporting documents, demonstrating the fulfillment of the requirement, according to the info(if applicable), as follows:

For Romanian legal / natural persons:

(a) Statutory certificates for the absence of debts due to taxes, duties or contributions to the budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the moment of their presentation,

(b) The judicial record-of the economic operator and of the members of the management, management or supervisory body of the respective economic operator or of those who have the power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC /

Financial support. If the tenderer demonstrates his economic and financial capacity by invoking the support given by one or more third parties, then the tenderer has the obligation to prove to the contracting entity that he has taken all necessary measures to have at any time access to the necessary resources, acommitment by the third party / third party. With the support commitment, the tenderer has the obligation to submit documents sent to him / her by the third party / third party supporters, showing the actual way that the third party / supporter (s) will ensure the fulfillment of his / her own commitment, constitute an annex to that engagement(2015, 2016, 2017) of at least RON 6 000 000.

1) If two or more bids are ranked first, they must have an average global turnover over the last 3 years (2015, 2016, 2017) with equal scores, the classification will be made taking into account the score obtained in the assessment factors, in descending order of their weight. In the situation where equality is maintained, entthe contracting authority will request new financial proposals through SEAP and the winning bid will be designated with the lowest financial proposal; 2) In case of submission of a joint offer, each economic member of the association will fill in an UAAE and will also submit in the offer, together with the DUAE, the association agreement from which the part of the contract executed by each-Associate Economic Operator Form VI.3.2

- Requirements regarding the economic and financial capacity and the technical and / or professional capacity will be considered fulfilled by taking into account the resources of all the members of the group,

- In case the contracting entity requests within the criteria on the capacity to exercise professional activity and / or capacitytechnical and professional presentation of specific authorizations, the requirement shall be deemed to be fulfilled in the case of the economic operators participating in the award procedure if they prove that they have the respective authorized resources and / or one of the members of the association holds the required authorization, provided that the member executes the part of the contract p- Where the individual tenderer or the economic operators participating in the award procedure subcontracts part of the framework agreement / sectoral contract to be awarded, the nominated subcontractor will demonstrate the fulfillment of the requirements for the technical and / or professional capacity, as well as holding it(3) If an economic operator considers certain contractual clauses to be unfavorable, it shall request the contracting entities, before the closing date for the submission of tenders, clarifications / modifications to the contract. so that if the contracting entity decides to modify the clauses in question, this information can be published in SEAP and brought to the attention of all interested economic operators prior to the submission of tenders; 4) The contracting entity reserves the right to verify at any time during the course of the procedure the accuracy of the information and evidence provided by the bidders.
