19n0615 - operating and modernization market for metropolitan lighting and ventilation equipment

The present consultation is launched according to the procedure: open invitation to tender - articles R. 2124-2, R. 2161-1 of the public procurement code. The services provided in this contract relate to the maintenance of lighting and ventilation equipment in the Metropole tunnels. It is also planned to carry out modernization works involving the supply and installation of materials acquired by the future service provider as well as various services defined in the price list.Main Site: Place of performance: all of Metropolis.

Framework agreement for purchase orders: minimum amount: 250, 000 EUR excl. Tax, maximum amount: 2, 500, 000.00 EUR excl. Duration (excluding renewal): 12 months. Beginning of the contract: upon notification of the contract. The execution time for each service is indicated in the order form or if applicable in the CCTP.

A)this contract may be awarded to a single economic operator or to a group of economic operators. If this contract is awarded to a joint group, it will be required to ensure its transformation into a joint group after the award of this contract. Motivation (s) relating to the imposition of a solidarity group: solidarity is necessary in order to ensure a bon execution of the contract. This solidarity obliges, in the event of failure of one of the members, to call upon a subcontractor or to replace the defective member;
