1. The guarantee for performance of a public procurement contract for each lot is 5% (five per cent) of its value excluding VAT. If the participant is a specialized enterprise or a cooperative of people with disabilities, the performance guarantee is 2% (two per cent) of its value excluding VAT. 50% (fifty per cent) of the performance guarantee is intended to secure a guardThe guarantee for performance of the contract is submitted by the contractor prior to the conclusion of the contract in the form of a sum of money or a bank guarantee or insurance that ensures its execution through coverage of the contractor's responsibility. The terms and conditions for the detention and release of the performance guarantee are tstipulated in the contract. The assignor will remove from participation in the procedure a participant for which one of the circumstances under Art. 54, para. 1, as well as under Art. 55, para. 1, item 1, item 4 and item 5 and art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act and under Art. 3, item 8, without the exceptions under Art. 4 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with companies registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, controlledby them and their actual owners, Art. 69 of the Law on Counteracting Corruption and Forfeiture of Illegally Acquired Property (PKONPI), as well as a participant who in any way has included somewhere in his offer out of the envelope "Offered Price Parameters" elements related to the offered price and / or The Contracting Authority shall remove from participation in the Participant Procedure, whose tender offer does not meet all the requirements of the technical specification. The Contracting Authority shall remove from participation in the tendering procedure an arithmetical error / inaccuracy in the price proposal and a participant whose bid for the lot in which it participates exceeds the estimated value of the sepa - rate item specified in the notice. The participants in the procedure shall present the documents in sealed, opaque and inscribed packaging in accordance with the requirements of Art. 47, para. 3 of the PPPP, contains the documents under Art. 39, para. 2 and aitem 3, item 1 of the PPPP, an inventory of the submitted documents and a separate, sealed, opaque envelope marked "Suggested price parameters" which contains the price proposal under Article 39, paragraph 3, item 2 of the RCPP Where a participant submit an offer for more than one lot, in the package the technical proposal documents shall be submitted for each lot, separately completed according to Article 47, -para. 9 of the PPPP, and separate opaque envelopes with the inscription "Suggested price parameters", with an indication of the position to which they refer.6 When a participant in the procedure is a grouping which is not a legal entity, a copy of the document from which to show the legal basis for the formation of the unification, as well as the rights and obligations of the members of the grouping, the distribution of the responsibilitybetween the members of the grouping, the activities that each member of the grouping will carry out in connection with this contract.
