The services include:

This assignment is an assignment for services in the sense of art. 2, 21 Law on Public Procurementthe assignment is to carry out an environmental assessment at project level or a project Mer in the framework of an environmental permit for the mentioned project. The project aims to connect the N171 Eikenstraat and already constructed roundabout on the N177 in Rumst, taking into account the most current data and expectations regarding traffic development and in coordination with the-mentioned policy framework of the Flemish government in relation to various related planning processes

Based on this EIA project, a reference design is drawn up in which the chosen options are outlined. Based on this reference design, a revision of the project memorandum can be made in a subsequent study.

The assignment contains:

• the necessary steps within the projectt-Mer procedure in the context of an environmental permit https://www.lne.be/sites/default/files/atoms/files/Handleiding MER in environmental permit.pdf

The client assumes that route 1, namely the maximum route should be followed.

• A preliminary stage that is situated for the 'public consultation' and / or consultation with the advisory bodies. By opting for an open ccommunication from the start a number of concerns can be taken earlier and possibly included in the further procedure. The time investment in the preliminary phase must make it easier to follow the procedures that are to be started later. This should be done at least to local authorities and official advisory bodies and, if necessary, to the citizen. This preliminary process must-for the 'request scoping advice'.

• Based on the project-MER a reference design is drawn up in which the choices from the project-EIR are processed. This reference design is used for the updating of the project note. This project note is presented to GBC and RMC for conformance
