Obtaining Microsoft EA License Agreements

Reference Number: 3382/2019

City of Espoo (later myoes subscriber) requests a quote for Microsoft EA / EES Licenses. Contracts with the supplier include Enterprise Agreement (City of Espoo and Espoo Catering Oy) and Enrollment for Education Solutions (City of Espoo Education) licenses.

The contract is maeaer and valid for the duration of EA and EES agreements to be concluded separately with the supplier. Each agreement is concluded for a period of three (3) years. The City of Espoo will tender for the purchase of myoes Espoo Catering Oy and other affiliates of the City of Espoo. Group companies in the City of Espoo can join the tenderAnnex 2 to the invitation to tender in accordance with the main terms of the contract. Group entities are described in Note 1.2 Group structure.

The City of Espoo may not commit to certain procurement items during the contract period.
