Editing existing and extending the new information monitoring system functionalities

The subject of the contract is to update the existing and extend the new functionalities of the information monitoring system (IMS) ), which is precisely defined in section B.1 Description of subject matterof these claims. The expansion and modification of the IMS system is expected to adjust the individual software components of the system that it currently consists of. The content of the IMS extension and modification can be divided into the following groups:

Method of Delivering Modifications in Individual Parts of the IMS Systemtogether with the characteristics of the delivery process, is given in section B.1 of these claims. Delivery of functionalities determined will be realized by gradual release of the version in terms of required delivery terms. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement (hereinafter referred to as "GPP"), in accordance with - 32 par. 2 ZVO or according to - 152 ZVO, in addition to documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2 pism. a) and pism. e), which the bidder does not have to submit, as the contracting authority is entitled to use the data from the public administration information system pursuant to a special regulation (Act No. 177/2018 on some measures to reduce the administrative burden of using public administration information systems and amending to some endorsements

Further rules on the conditions of participation of personal status are given in part A.2 of the supporting documents.

The contracting authority will use the above-the-limit reverse public tender procedure when awarding the contract in question, pursuant to - 66 para. 7 zakona č. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and amending and supplementing certain acts as amended. The procedure for awarding an over-limit order will be rimplemented with the use of the upgraded EVO system.
