Applications received are opened at a public meeting dated 26.10.2018 at 11:00 in an administrative building at 37, Hristo G. Danov Str., Plovdiv, to which the candidates in the procedure may be present, or their authorized representatives, as well as representatives of the mass media.from the participation in a procedure for awarding a public contract, a candidate for whom the grounds for removal referred to in Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, Art. 55, para. 1, items 1, 3-5 of the Public Procurement Act, Art. 107, item 1-4 of the Public Procurement Act, Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons related to them and their actual ownand in all other cases of non-compliance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act and the Public Procurement Law, the announcement and the documentation for participation in the procedure for awarding the public procurement.
