The development of the regional digital storage facility PACS snimky
The subject matter is fulfilled and the related services for the modernization of the information system for the archiving and distribution of medical image documentation within the hospitals of the Zlin region. The realization of the project will ensure the safe access to the medical medical documentation from anywhere within the siteof the regional hospitals of the Zlin region or the Internet independently of the type of end equipment and the effective addressing of the medical health documentation and related sensitive data of the patient
The subject is fulfilled the supplies and related services for the modernization of the information system for the archiving and distribution of medical picture documentation in the hospitals of the Zlin Region . Realization of the projectionwhich will ensure the secured access to the imaging health documentation from any of the internal networks of the regional hospitals of the Zlin region or the Internet, regardless of the type of end equipment and the effective addressing of the medical picture documentation and the patient's sensitive data. II.1.3): supplies and related services
The contracting authority shall determine the following:
a) the price for the works shall not exceed 11 880 109 CZK without VAT (see Article VI, par. 2 contracts)
b) the offer price-for securing support pursuant to Article VI (4) of the Contract, it must be no more than 33% of the price per dilo pursuant to Article VI, paragraph 2 of the Contract, unless stated otherwise in the contract. (see text part of the filing documentation, Art. X, item 4)
The Contracting Authority requests, in accordance with - 41 of the Act, to provide security in the amount of 100, 000 CZK in the form of a bank guarantee, insurance guarantee or money depositle 5627582/0800, variable symbol (ID no.), specific supplier's ID symbol. (according to Section 105, paragraph 1 of the Act), the Contracting Authority reserves the requirement that a particular part of the procurement must not be fulfilled by a subcontractor, namely the execution of the function - Project Team Leader - the guarantor of the technical solution. see text part of the documentation, art.
