Procurement of technology for Drevinslovakia spol.s ro

The subject of the contract is to procure 1 piece of angle saw, 1 piece of band saw and 1 piece of palletizing line according to required technical specification

The subject matter of the contract is to procure 1 piece of angle saw according to the required technical specification.

(1)and may be attended only by those who satisfy the following conditions for participation:

(a) he or his statutory body, or a member of the statutory body, or a member of the supervisory body, or the prosecutor has been convicted of corruption, financial crime interests of the European Communities, crime of legalization of income from crime, crime of establishment, crime, the crime of establishing, raping or supporting a terrorist group, the crime of terrorism and some forms of participation in terrorism, the crime of trafficking in human beings, the crime of fact related to business or the criminal offense of public procurement and public procurement (b) has no arrears of health insurance premiums, social insurance and contributions to old-age pension savings in the Slovak Republic or in the state of residence, place of business or usual residence, bankruptcy, it is not in restructuring, it is not in liquidation, (e) is entitled to deliver goods, carry out construction work or provide a service; usual residence,

g) has not committed in the previous 3 years since the announcement orthe commencement of a public procurement of a serious breach of obligations in the field of environmental protection, social law or labor law pursuant to special regulations for which he has been lawfully sanctioned and can be proved by the contracting authority and the contracting authority; demonstrable start of public procurement fromIn order to prove the fulfillment of the condition of participation in relation to personal status, the contracting authority requires documents in accordance with - 32 para. (2) The tenderer or candidate shall demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation pursuant to paragraph 1 (a) (p). (b) documented confirmation by a health insurance company and a Social Insurance Agency not older than 3 months; (c) documented by a certificate from the local tax authority not older than three months;. (d) documented confirmation by the relevant cask not older than 3 months; (e) documented evidence of entitlement to supply the goods, to carry out construction work or to providethe service which corresponds to the subject of the contract, .

The applicant can prove the fulfillment of the conditions of participation concerning personal status according to - 32 para. 1 pism. a) to f) by a valid entry in the list of economic entities kept by the UVO pursuant to - 152 of the Commercial Code.the office, place of business or usual residence does not issue any of the documents referred to in point (2) or does not issue any equivalent documents; If the right of the applicant with the seat, place of business or usual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic is not regulated by the Institute of Honoron the declaration, it may be replaced by a declaration made before a court, administrative body, notary, other professional institution or commercial institution according to the regulations valid in the state of the applicant`s office, place of business or usual residence. to be replaced by the Single European Document
