Laundry Refurbishment over a 5 Year Investment Plan

The Council wishes to appoint a provider(s) who are experienced in the refurbishment of laundry refurbishment. Council is wishing to procure full refurbishment works, on a Maintenance Programme to various laundries, located in various properties, within the Bristol area. Millpool Court, Port Elizabeth House, Highmore Court, Chard Court. The framework will be for 3 years and plus 1 year extension. The award criteria listed within this ITT will be used to place the top three scoring contractors on the framework.
