The order covers the supply of personal protective equipment and workwear, classified in 16 (sixteen) self-matching positions. the body of the workers in an ionizing radiation environment.

Important: Please note that the selection criteria are not the same for all 16 (sixteen) items. When applying for lots with numbers 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16, the participant should consider the additional requirement for an implemented quality assurance system certified according to BDS EN ISO 9001: 2015or equivalent.

On the basis of Art. 80, para. 1 of PPPOP, the contracting authority has separated in separate positions the deliveries that are included in the list, according to Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Law on Public Procurement, the production or performance of which is assigned to the specialized enterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities. Specialized enterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities are those within the meaning ofArt. 48, para. 1 of the Disabled Persons Act or their equivalent under the legislation of a Member State.

The lots intended for implementation by specialized enterprises or cooperatives of disabled people are a total of 16 (sixteen). There are notes on this procedure in the notice. In accordance with the requirements of Art. 80, para. 1 of the Rules for the Implementation of the Public Lawis orders, the contracting authority has divided into one contract objectively divisible parts included in the list under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, retaining them for participation of specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities. In this case, the contract shall be awarded in the order applicable to the total value of all orders.Persons may participate, provided that at least 30 percent of their census staff is disabled or disadvantaged. In this case, the persons must be registered as specialized enterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities at least 3 years before the date of the opening of the specific procurement procedure.Disabled people`s operations may participate in this procedure, provided that they can complete at least 80 percent of their subject with their own machinery, equipment and human resources. They may use subcontractors or invoke the capacity of third parties to fulfill the condition if the subcontractors or third parties are specialized enterprises or cooperatives of persons with

In determining the resource under Art. 12, para. 6 of the PPA, the amount of own resources includes the necessary expenses for raw materials, energy, fuels, water supply, licenses and the like, even though their suppliers are not specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities. There is no implementation of self-production activities or resources when specializedDisabled enterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities provide the contracting authority with no significant further processing of goods delivered by other persons.

Other interested persons may participate in the procurement procedure under this public procurement, but their tenders shall be considered only if no tenders are accepted. the above mentioned persons for whom the order was reserved.
