The subject of the contract is the CT scanner supply with the technical parameters as stated in the contractunderlying data. The bid price must include all associated costs according to the description of the subject matter of this invitation to bid / construction works (wiring, painting, masonry, wiring, assembly and demounting), transport, handling costs, carrying out all the professional examinations and expert examinations necessary to bring the equipment into the workshop, training of the operator beforeloading of documentation, introduction and delivery of the equipment, costs connected with the ecological disposal of waste and storage, regular professional inspections and periodical expert examinations within the guarantee period and others .1.1 The public procurement may be awarded only to those who meet the conditions in part concerning the personal status according to - 32 par. 1 Act on public obsTaravani

1.2 Compliance with the terms and conditions under - 32 par. 1 applicant documents with the documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2, resp. ods. 4 and - 5 of the Public Procurement Act

1.3 Entrants entered in the list of economic entities managed by the Office for Public Procurement, pursuant to Section 152 of the Public Procurement Act, may require the documents required by - 32 par. 2 of the Act on the Supply of Public Contracts to be replaced by the submission of the Extract from-of the list of economic entities.
