Extension and rehabilitation of the Guy Boissiere ice rink - Lacroix Island

The Guy Boissiere rink located on Ile Lacroix in Rouen, is subject to many constraints: the site is occupied by 950 people per day on average yearly for the use of sports equipment et 3, 000 people in professional sports matches. The equipment must be kept in service for all resident clubs each day. It is also subject to the schedule of league and European league games imposed on clubs by the federations. Finally, the site hosts sporting events and international meetings. As a result, the rehabilitation works of the-Rink consists of:

This lot concerns the following 12 technical chapters:

- chapter n 5: metalwork,

- chapter n 7: suspended ceilings - acoustic corrections,
- chapter n 8: liquid tightness - coatings tiled floors and walls,
- chapter n 9: painting - wall coverings - soft floors,
- chapter n 10: elevators - elevators PMR,
- chapter n 11: treatsair - heating - plumbing - sanitary - ria,
- chapter n 12: high and low current electricity - computer management - access control.
The criteria for the application are: guarantees and technical and financial capacities professional capacities each candidate will have to produce a complete file including the following parts:
- letter of candidature which can take the-form DC1, mentioning, where appropriate, the approval of the representative by his co-contractors as well as all certificates of honor (Declaration included in the form DC1: updated version 26.10.2016),
- copy of the or judgments pronounced, if the candidate is in receivership,
- statement of the individual candidate or the member of the grouping to detail the-financial position and the candidate's abilities (Statement included in form DC2 updated: 26.10.2016) to submit their application, candidates may use forms DC1 (application letter) and DC2 (candidate's declaration). The execution of the contract starts from the date fixed by order of service. The works, which are the subject of this contract, will be financed by the community budget. They will be remunerated under the conditions set-by the rules of public accounting. The sums due to the holder (s) and to the subcontractor (s) of 1 rank possible (s) of the market will be paid within a global delay of 30 days as from the date of receipt of the invoices or equivalent payment claims.
- for lot 1, the amount of the advance is fixed at 5% of the initial amount, inclusive of all taxes, of the market if its duration is-less than or equal to 12 months; if this period is greater than 12 months, the advance shall be equal to 5% of a sum equal to 12 times the amount mentioned above divided by this period expressed in months, - for lot 2, the amount of the advance is fixed at 20% of the initial amount, inclusive of all taxes, of the market if its duration is less than or equal to 12 months; if this duration is greater than 12 months, theadvance is equal to 20% of a sum equal to 12 times the amount mentioned above divided by this duration expressed in months.
