CaO Calcium Oxide (lime lime) for the desulphurization plant flue gases from Steam boilers 1, 2 and 3 - 100 t / h with the technical characteristics according to Annex 3 of the specification and services-transport at the purchaser's warehouse in Timisoara, Calea Sagului no. 201, with means of transport, equipped with pneumatic discharge (compressor).

Main Site: The warehouse at CET Sud Timisoara, Calea Sagului no. 201.

Quantities are provided in Annexes 1 and 2 of the specifications.

Minimum / maximum estimated frame agreement: 1 000 tons / 10 000 tons

Minimum quantity / mestimated value of the following contract: 200 tons / 600 tons.

Tenderers, third parties, subcontractors, must not find themselves in the situations stipulated in art. 177, 178, 180 of Law no. 99/2016 updated.

It will be presented to the DUAE according to art. 202 par. (1) of the Law no. 99/2016 and 12D Form "Statement on non-compliance in the situations provided in art. 73 of Law no. 99/2016 on this"

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE are to be submitted, at the request of the contracting entity, only by the bidders placed on the first 3 places in the ranking drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the offers and are the following: finding out about the lack of overdue debts, taxelor of contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the time of presentation. Foreign legal / natural persons wishing to participate in the procedure will present any editorial documents issued by the competent authorities of the country in which they are resident, proving the fulfillment of outstanding obligations regarding the payment of taxes and-(b) Judiciary record of the economic operator and of the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of that economic operator or of those having the power of representation, decision-making or control of the economic operator; its framework, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act,

(c) Where appropriate, documentswhich demonstrates that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in art. 179 par. (2), art. 180 par. (2), art. 184 of the Law no. 99/2016 on Sector Acquisitions,

The economic operators submitting the tender must prove a form of registration under the law of the country of residence, from which it appears that the economic operator is legally constituted, that he is not in any of the situations of cancellation of the establishment, and that he has the professional capacity to carry out the activities that are the subject of the subsequent framework agreement / contract. The DUAE will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with information related to their situation.The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE, respectively the certificate issued by the ONRC or in the case of the foreign tenderers, equivalent documents issued in the country of residence shall be submitted at the request of the contracting entity only by the tenderers placed on the first three places at the end of the evaluation of the offersthe total score is obtained by applying the formula for each offer: Ptotal = P (n) B (n). - If the first ranked offers have equal scores, the tie will be based on bid prices; if the prices are equal, the contracting entity will request nfinancial proposals to be submitted to the SEAP,

- If bids ranked in either place 2 or 3 have equal scores, the odds will be based on bid prices; if the prices are equal, the contracting entity will ask for new financial proposals to be submitted to SEAP, with the reference that the re-pricing price can be improved so that the rankings are not affected, -in the case of the previously ranked economic operator.
