Exploitation, maintenance of disposifixed and mobile pneumatic collection of household waste and transportation of these wastes. The market has 1 firm phase and 6 optional tranches:
- TF: the exploitation, the transport of waste and the maintenance of the fixed pneumatic collection devices (including central) and movable waste for the fort and the operations of arrangement and of urbanism along the banks of the Seinein Issy-les-Moulineaux and the suction of waste on the NIWA operation in Vanves,
- TO1: ZAC project of the Issy-Isola Bridge A (fixed pneumatic collection) in Issy-les-Moulineaux,
- TO2: ZAC project of the Issy - Bollard B (fixed pneumatic collection) in Issy - les - Moulineaux,
- TO3: ZAC project of the Issy - IGH - Issy - les - Moulineaux (fixed pneumatic collection), - TO4: operating the device of cmobile pneumatic collection of the NIWA operation in Vanves (intervention in case of problems of circulation of waste in the networks: unblocking),
- TO5: maintenance of networks, collection points and terminals of the NIWA operation in Vanves ( Mobile pneumatic collection),
- TO6: provision and removal of a solar monoblock compactor box for the collection of cartons on the Fort ofIssy-les-Moulineaux.
The market is at mixed prices.
The market is at annual fixed prices for:
- firm tranche:
- the exploitation, the transport of waste and the maintenance of fixed pneumatic collection devices ( central) and mobile waste for the Fort and the development and urban planning operations along the Seine in Issy-les-Moulineaux and the transport of the waste.ts and aspiration of waste on the operation NIWA a Vanves,
- the collection of cartons,
- the maintenance and the exploitation of the trucks of aspiration,
- optional slice 1: project ZAC of the Bridge d' Issy - ilot A (fixed pneumatic collection) in Issy - les - Moulineaux,
- optional slice 2: ZAC project of the Issy - Ilot B bridge (fixed pneumatic collection) in Issy - les - Moulineaux,
- optional slice 3: pZAC project of the Issy Bridge - IGH tower - Issy-les-Moulineaux (fixed pneumatic collection),
- optional slice 4: operation of the mobile pneumatic collection system of the NIWA operation in Vanves (intervention in the event of a traffic problem waste in the networks: unclogging),
- optional slice 5: maintenance of the networks, collection points and terminals of the NIWA to V operationanves (mobile pneumatic collection),
- optional slice 6: provision and removal of a solar monoblock compactor box for the collection of cartons on the Fort d 'Issy-les-Moulineaux.
The market is a mono framework agreement -attributary to purchase orders for the services mentioned below, on the basis of fixed and / or unit prices identified in the BPU applied to quantitiesactually carried out monthly, in accordance with Articles 78 to 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets. There is no minimum amount or maximum amount over the entire duration of the market:
- an additional washing of the terminals-mouths (beyond the number of 12 provided for fixed price),
- an additional cleaning of the networks (beyond the number of 4 provided for the package),
- collection ofan additional terminal on the fixed pneumatic collection,
- the washing of the monoblock solar compactor within the framework of the optional slice n 6,
- the hourly cost of a technician as part of the curative maintenance,
- a day of collection of substitution in case of force majeure on the collection pneumatic, fixed, mobile and for the optional slices n 1 to 3,
- the price of spare partsnecessary for the curative maintenance,
- the monthly cost for the removal of waste in the premises of the interior terminals.
Letter of candidature or prints DC1 and declaration of the candidate or each member of the grouping DC2 - or - Unique document of European market (DUME); K or Kbis; the power of persons entitled to represent the enterprise; IBAN; insurance certificate being validsaid; declaration of honor dated and signed by the candidate stating that it does not fall into any of the prohibitions of article 48 of the 2016-360 decree of 25.3.2016. The visit of the sites is facultyative (see Article 2.10 of the CR). The visits will take place during the duration of the consultation of the market and the candidates will be accompanied by a person authorized of GPSO. - under -critere 3: material means and adequacy to the organization for their maintenance (8 points),
- sub-criterion 4: supervision and location (5 points);
2) the valueEconomics of the offer (40 points of the final score), broken down as follows:
- sub-criterion 1: firm tranche (35 points),
- sub-criterion 2: optional tranches n 1, 2 and 3 (2 points ),
- sub-criterion 3: optional tranche n 4 and 5 (1 point),
- sub-criterion 4: optional tranche n 6 (1 point),
- sub-criterion 5: price list for unit prices P1 to P12 (1 point);
3) the environmental valueentale (5 points of the final note).
