Delegation of the public service administration-sanitation in Domneşti commune, Ilfov County:

(a) Separate collection and separate transport of municipal waste and similar waste from commercial activities in industry and institutions, including fractions collected separately, without prejudice to the waste stream of electrical and electronic equipment, batteries and accumulators,

(b) Waste collection and transport prove(c) Sorting of municipal waste and similar waste at sorting stations.

The tenderer will prove that he does not fit into the situations provided by art. 164, art. 165, art. 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The way in which the fulfillment of the requirements can be demonstrated: will coknit in DUAE Part 3, in accordance with the provisions of art. 193 par. (1) of the Law no. 98/2016, and the supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed in the DUAE are to be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the bidder placed on the first place at the finalization of the evaluation of the bids. 164, art. 165, art. 167 also addresses to subcontractors and third parties, according to art. 170 par. (1) and art. 183 par. (1) of the Law no. 98 / 2016.

The supporting documents may be, to the extent that they provide all the information requested in the DUAE, any of the following:

1) Fiscal non-payment attestation to the local budget and state budget confirming that the bidder fulfilled its obligations-payment of taxes, social security taxes and social security contributions at the registered office, secondary offices, as well as the point of work for which there are payment obligations valid at the moment of their filing, 2) the judicial record for the economic operator, 3) Jurisdiction of the members of the management, management or supervisory body of that economic operatorc or those who have power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act, 4) as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator can benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement; 5) Anyequivalent documents issued by authorities in the country where the tenderer is a resident; 6) Any other editorial documents.

Tenderers and subcontractors should not find themselves in the situations provided for in art. 60 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

1) Failure to submit the document to the DUAE together with the offer (including the associate / third party supporter) entails rejection of the document as unacceptable; to request clarification of any inaccurate form of information contained in the DUAE sections, both of the bidderas well as of the subcontractor / third party, which is necessary to ensure the proper conduct of the award procedure.

Following the completion of each of the verification phases mentioned above, the contracting authority will communicate to each tenderer the reasons underlying this decision and the others to the stage following verification, subject to the provisions of Chapter IV, Section 13 of the Acta no. 98 / 2016.

Following the completion of each of the verification phases set out above, the contracting authority will enter in the SEAP the admitted / rejected result and will open the SEAP session for the submission of supporting documents for the DUAE submitted by the bidder on the first place in the interim ranking to complete the evaluation of the offers, giving a deadline.

Operatorseconomic agents will submit the answers to the clarifications and any documents requested during the evaluation of the offers through the SEAP (Section "Questions") in electronic format, signed with the electronic signature, according to the Law No. 455/2001.

The economic operators will follow the contract / service agreement.

In the award criterion, the bid price will be understood as "Tariff / Personto physics "and an estimated population of 12, 000 inhabitants will be considered when bidding.
