Provision of accommodation services in classic hotels for homeless housing, 2018 - 2020 (repeat procedure).

The subject of the contract is the provision of accommodation services in 140 beds, breakfast, in classical hotels of the category = 3 *, in double or triple rooms, for homeless housing, for the years 2018 - 2020.

Main SIt is the object of the contract to provide accommodation services in 140 beds, with breakfast, in hotels of the classic type, of category = 3 *, in double or triple rooms, for accommodation of homeless persons, for the years 2018 - 2020.

There is a possibility of reducing the number of beds (140), up to 20% per day (112), depending on the needs of the KYADA, in partwith the number of requests for housing received by our Institution.

If homeless needs are reduced by more than 20%, then KYADA is obliged to compensate the Contractor, by paying 50% of the award price per vacancy bed per day and up to the required reduction rate.or a corresponding business or commercial register of Annex XI of Appendix A of Law 4412/2016.
