CPV Description: Invitation to open international public tender, with sealed bids and award criteria The most economically advantageous bid, based on price, for the selection of a contractor for the provision of room reservation services in foreign hotels and booking of air tickets for the movement of students of the National School of Public Administration and Local GovernmentAnd the staff of the National Center for Public Administration and Local Government (EKDDD), in the framework of the CC training course 'Educational Series: Hotel Services'.

The National Center for Public Administration and Local Government (EKDDΑ) wishes to conclude a contract in order to cover the needs of the provision of room reservation services in hotelsforeign travel and booking of air tickets, for the transfer of students from the National School of Public Administration and Self-government (National School of Public Administration and Self-Government) and from the staff of the National Center for Public Administration and Local Government (EKDD) .), For the implementation of educational activities of the Educational Series of ESCAD., in foreign cities.

The guarantee letter of participation counts2% of the estimated value of the contract excluding VAT, with the appropriate rounding. In particular: - the amount of the Letter of Guarantee for participation in Part 1 is EUR 2 393, 48, - - the amount of the Letter of Guarantee for Sub-Fund 2 is EUR 1 605, 00.- This contract is financed by the European Union - European Social Fund (ESF) and nationalresources, through the Public Investment Program, of the Act 2015EC41510000, of the Act entitled: "Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this Convention are required to engage in a professional activity related to the subject matter of the services to be provided. In particular, it is required for the two departments: (a) economic operators established in a StateMember States of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their Member State of establishment as described in Annex XI of Appendix A of Law 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators, established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SAD.Or in third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, are required to be registered in appropriate professional or commercial registers.

Especially for economic operators established in Greece, are required to be registered with the Commercial and Industrial Officeror in the case of an association affiliated to a joint venture, each member of the union shall be required to satisfy the above requirement. (b) be certified by the EOT, on the legal conditions for the operation of a tourist office (Law 393/1976, Government Gazette A / 199).a union of entities submitting a joint bid, it is imperative that at least one member of the association has this mark.
