Object of the public procurement: "Procurement, Raising the awareness of citizens and businesses as users of services rendered by the Patent Officewith four lots:

Main Site: The contractor's office and the materials produced as a result of the contracts should be delivered in the premises of the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria, 52B G. Dimitrov Blvd., Sofia .

"Organization of Conferences, Seminars and Round Tables for Industrial Property Businesses" - the following are included within the separate item:-Activities:

Activity 1: Organizing and conducting 2 (two) annual industrial property conferences - one in 2018 and one in 2019.

Activity 2: Conducting 4 (four) training seminars on the industrial protection system one property in 2018, two in 2019 and one in 2020. Activity 3: Conduct 3 (three) roundtables fordiscussing business issues related to how to protect industrial property sites, procedures for declaring services, and the difficulties encountered in preparing documents - one in 2019 and two in 2020.

Public procurement bidders should have a minimum total turnover (net sales revenue) for the last three financial years ended (2015, 2016 and 2017) depending on the date on which the participant was established or started its activity, amounting to: - 300 000, 00 (three hundred thousand levs), when the tenderer submits an offer only for lot 1; - 100, 000.00 (one hundred thousand) levs, when the tenderer submits an offer only for lot 2 - 80, 000.00 (eighty thousand) leva when the bidder only submits a bid for Lot(3); - 70 000, 00 (seventy thousand BGN), when the tenderer submits an offer only for lot 4 - 550 000, 00 (five hundred and fifty thousand leva), if the tenderer makes an offer and the four lots - for Lot No. 4: Team Leader - 1 (one) issue: Education and Qualification: To have a higher education degree with a minimum degree of educationMaster's or equivalent in the field of higher education "Social, Economic and Legal Sciences" or equivalent (according to the Classification of Higher Education Areas and Professional Fields, approved by Decree of the Council of Ministers No 125 of 24.6.2002); General professional experience: Minimum 5 years experience in the specialty; Specific experience: Experience as a team leader in implementing at least one organ service(for example: discussion forums, roundtables, conferences, advertising campaigns) or equivalent (eg publications, seminars / trainings) / press conferences and / or publicity measures. Key Expert PR and Communications - 1 (one) issue: Education and Qualification: To have a higher education degree with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Specific experience: Experience in implementing at least one public service / seminar / training / (press) conferencing service and / or publicity delivery service (eg: discussion forums, roundtables, conferences, advertising campaigns ) or equivalent.

Note: An individual may perform the functions of more than one expert if a personto the requirements for each of the items for which it is proposed. A person may not be nominated for more than two expert positions.

At his / her discretion the participant may also offer additional experts whose function is to assist the key personnel in carrying out the activities of the subject matter of the contract. The participant who is designated as a contractor of this contract is not entitledto change the persons listed in his / her tender as key experts without the prior written consent of the Contracting Authority.

To prove the requirement the participant submits:

When submitting the tender, the participant declares its compliance with the minimum requirements set in point 2 for professional capabilities by presenting of a Single European Procurement Document (EEDOP) prepared under the ModelNo 3 of the tender documentation. The circumstances in relation to the requested requirement shall be proved by the documents under Art. 64, para. 1, item 6 of the Public Procurement Act, namely: a list of the experts who will execute the order in the respective lot, indicating the professional competence of the persons under the conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 and para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act
