The logistics services for the training of employees for work with an integrated management system include the provision 52 nights with breakfast and dinner. Overnight stays should be provided on the territory of Blagoevgrad, Burgas, Varna, VelVidin, Vratsa, Gabrovo, Dobrich, Kardzhali, Kyustendil, Lovech, Montana, Pazardjik, Pleven, Plovdiv, Razgrad, Rousse, Silistra, Sliven, Smolyan, Stara Zagora, Targovishte, Haskovo, Shumen and Yambol. registered in the National Tourist Register under Art. 166, para. 1, item 1 and / or item 2 of the Law on Tourism, and for foreign persons - in analogous registers according to the legislation of theand the Member State in which they are established. When submitting the tender, the participant declares compliance with the requirement, stating in Part IV "Selection Criteria" section A "Fitness" of the EEDOP registration document (s) and indicating the national databases containing the declared circumstances; or the competent authorities which, under the law of the State in which the applicant orthe participant is established, are obliged to provide information.
Prior to the conclusion of the contract the participant designated as contractor shall submit a copy of the document (s) for entry in the National Tourist Register under Art. 166, para. 1 item 1 and / or item 2 of the Law on Tourism. If the participant is a non-resident, he may present a valid equivalent document or declaration or a certificate issued byby a competent authority of a Member State of the European Union or of another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, proving the entry of the Participant in a relevant register of that State
Not applicable The Contracting Authority does not require a performance guarantee. The payment is a one-off payment according to the contractor's price proposal, in accordance with the actual activities in artup to 100% (one hundred percent) of the contract value within 30 (thirty) calendar days after submission of an original invoice, accompanied by a duly drawn up technical report and two-sided acceptance / delivery report for the activities performed. The text of the invoice is agreed in advance by the assignor.
Grounds for removal from the procedure:
The assignor removes from participation in the processthe awarding body of the public procurement contract, when: - - there are the grounds under Art. 54 of the Public Procurement Act, - there are the grounds under Art. 55, para. 1, item 1, item 3-5 of the Public Procurement Act, - - the grounds under Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act, there are the grounds under Art. 3, item 8 of the ЗИФОДРУПДРКЛТДС, - - the grounds under Art. 69 of the Law on Counteracting Corruption and for Removal of Unlawful Exploitation- the tenderer has submitted a technical proposal for the execution of the order which does not comply with the legal requirements for the implementation of the activities under the procedure the current public procurement, the technical specification, the requirements of the contracting entity and without- a tenderer who has proposed an implementation period longer than the one specified by the contracting authority, - a tenderer who has proposed a period of validity of his tender less than that specified by the contracting authority,
- a tenderer whose bid exceeds the estimated value of the procedure is eliminated.
Prior to concluding a publicthe assignor requires the tenderer to submit a document certifying the lack of grounds for removal from the procedure as well as compliance with the selection criteria, including third parties and subcontractors, if any • When concluding the public service contract the measures to prevent the use of the financial system are appliedtopic for the purposes of money laundering under the Law on Measures against Money Laundering (MIMA) and the acts on its implementation.
