After examination of tenders, the contracting authoritynegotiate with all selected candidates. However, the contracting authority reserves the right to award the framework agreement on the basis of the initial offers, without negotiation.

The deposit of folds must be imperatively handed over by way of the dematerialisee. The application can be presented either in the form of forms DC1 and DC2 (freely available on the website www.economie.gouv.fr), or in the form of a Single Market Document eEuropeen (DUME). The transmission of the plies by electronic way is imposed for thisconsultation. Therefore, paper transmission is not allowed.
