1. Provision of patient nutrition services and buffet service including adaptation of rooms and their rental for the purposes of "Pro-Medica" in Ełk Sp. O.o.

2. Nutrition of Patients in the following departments: Tuberculosis and Lung Disease, Obstetrics, GinEcological, General, Bariatric and Oncological Surgery, Pediatrics, Rehabilitation, Internal Diseases, Cardiology, Sub-Department of Cardiological Rehabilitation, Care and Care and Care and Treatment Department (hereinafter ZPO / ZOL), Anesthesiology and Intensive Therapy (hereinafter: AIT).

3. Provision of catering services in the cafeteria along with the adaptation of the rooms indicated by the Ordering PartyThe buffet activity is the result of using shared kitchen facilities located in the kitchen.

The detailed description of the subject of the order is Annex No. 1 to the ToR.

The ordering party does not describe the condition.

This condition will be fulfilled if the Contractor is insured against civil liability in the scope of activities related to the subject of this studyspeak at a minimum value of PLN 1, 200, 000.00 (in words: one million two hundred thousand zlotys 00/100) for the entire duration of the contract, for one and all events due to damage to persons and property, regardless of the number of losses resulting from one event.
