The Antwerp Hospital Network consists of different hospital sites. In the coming five years, ZNA will purchase new hospital beds and pressure-reducing mattresses for its existing sites. ZNA will opt for two fardifferent types of hospital beds: the standard electric hospital bed and the high-care hospital bed. ZNA is also working on the construction of the new-build hospital Cadix. New standard hospital beds, high care hospital beds and pressure reducing mattresses will also have to be provided for Cadix.eye-layer) with two-part side guards and four-part lying surface. The bed must be able to take all kinds of positions such as a trendelenburg, seat position, fowler position, ... In addition, the bed must be provided with all kinds of accessories such as, for example, oxygen bottle holder, infusion stand, ...: delivery, installation, maintenance
* The tenderer must declare that he / she is not in a state of exclusionas referred to in Articles 67 to 69, of the law of 17.6.2016 on public sector contracts for classical sectors.
He can prove this in accordance with the following guidelines.
- Extract from the criminal register or equivalent document proving that the tenderer:
O has not been convicted of participation in criminal organizations, bribery, fraud, terrorism or money laundering
O has not been convicted of a crime that affects professional integrity
- Certificate of compliance with the payment of social security contributions (NSSO certificate)
In application of Article 62 of the Royal Decree of 18.4.2017 the Belgian tenderer does not attach a social security certificate to his request to participate. The contracting authority will request this information itself.
- In accordance with art. 68 of the Royal Decree of 18.6.2017, the candidate must add a certificate with his application to participate, proving that he has fulfilled his tax obligations in accordance with the legal provisions of the country where he is established (tax certificate).
For a Belgian candidate or the tenderer is concerned with compliance with the tax obligations vis---vis the FPS Finance. Inapplication of article 62 of the Royal Decree of 18.4.2017, the Belgian tenderer does not have to attach a tax certificate to his request to participate. The contracting authority will request this information itself.
- In accordance with the Belgian public procurement regulations, the contracting authority, at every stage of the award procedure, has the option of excluding the candidate / tenderer who, by way of eand was judged convicted of a criminal offense that violates his professional integrity in the force of a final decision
Failure to comply with environmental and social legislation that is punishable under criminal law can be deemed to be a crime that affects professional integrity. As soon as it is recorded in a final judgment or judgment, this can be doneused as a ground for exclusion, regardless of the state of the procedure.

At every stage of the award procedure, except forreasons of public interest, the candidate or tenderer who has been established as an employer has employed illegally staying third-country nationals as referred to in the Law of 11.2.2013 laying down sanctions and measures for employers of illegally staying nationals of third countries.
The UEA, with which the entrepreneur declares that hemeets the selection criteria below:
