"Supply of color seedlings and vegetation for the needs of the Municipality of Varna and the secondary budget spenders"

During the execution of the order, a supply of flower seedlings and vegetation should be made, detailed in terms of species diversity in the Technical Specification, which is an inseparable part of this documentation for participation.

Main Site: On the territory of General(1) During the execution of the order the delivery of color seedlings and vegetation shall be made, detailed in terms of species diversity, the indicative quantity and volume in the Technical Specification. The quantities specified in the Technical Specification are indicative and, in the execution of the contract for the award of the public contract, the Contracting Authority will declare the necessary quantities of colorhazards and vegetation depending on the project to be implemented for the respective year. The indicative quantities for 12 months are as follows:

- color seedlings - 1 000 pcs. for each of the specified species in the Technical Specification,

- bulbs - for 100 pcs. for each of the specified species in the Technical Specification, - vegetation - 10 pcs. for each of the specified species in the Technical Specification(2) When preparing the "Technical Proposal for the Execution of the Order", the Participants shall declare that:

1 The color seedlings will meet the following requirements:

- Quality - first,

- Purity Purity - 100%

- Healthy condition - Healthy, not damaged by diseases and pests,

- Mechanical damage is not allowed,

- The type of packaging for transportation will ensure that seedlings are keptdamage to seedlings, pots or seedlings dipped in pots or containers

- Color seedlings will have enough leaf and over 60% blossoming colors at the time of delivery

Each batch is labeled with a label indicating the address and name of the manufacturer, Name of the propagating material (species, variety and bargraph), name and address of the recipient,

- Batch is the quantity of propagating material of one species, variety and- Guaranteed the quality of the delivered material is not less than 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery. The vegetation will meet the following requirements: - - The vegetation will be delivered in containers at any time of the year, - - Quality - first, - - Purity 100%, - Healthy - Healthy, free of disease and- - Mechanical damage is not tolerated, - The type of packaging for transportation will ensure that seedlings are preserved, - Each batch is labeled with the name and address of the producer, the name of the propagation material (type, variety and bargraph), name and address of recipient,

- Batch is the quantity of propagation material of one species, variety and quality, prepared forone-time delivery and acceptance,

- Quality guarantee of the delivered material is not less than 30 (thirty) days from the delivery. They have a heated greenhouse for plants. Will submit samples before delivery, at the request of the assignor, to be(3) In the preparation of the "Technical Proposal for the Execution of the Contract", the participants should offer "Deadline for delivery of the seedlings and vegetation after receiving the application". The term shall include all activities from the time of receipt of the application until the time of submission / delivery of the requested material and shall be within the range of 2 (two) to 36 (thirty) hours afterreceive the request and be an integer. When bidding for less than 2 hours, it will be matched for 2 hours for evaluation purposes. When bidding for more than 36 hours, the assignor removes the participant due to the non-compliance of the tender with the requirements of the documentation for participation.

Participants must hold a current certificate of registration in the official register forsanitary control on the grounds of Art. 22, para. 1 of the Plant Protection Act and Art. 33, para. 1, 2, 4, 5 of Ordinance No. 1 of 17 July 1998 on phytosanitary control issued by the RDP, and for foreign persons - a similar document according to the legislation of the Member State in which they are established

The participant declares in Part IV, point A of the Single European Procurement Document(EEDOP) these requirements.

In the cases of Art. 67, para. 5 and 6 of the Public Procurement Act shall be submitted: a copy of a certificate of registration in the official register of phytosanitary control on the grounds of Art. 22, para. 1 of the Plant Protection Act and Art. 33, para. 1, item 1, 2, 4, 5 of Ordinance No 1 of 17 July 1998 on phytosanitary control issued by the RDP.

1. In case of the participantno specific national grounds for exclusion apply, it is sufficient to indicate option "No" in Part III, Section D of EEDOP.3 The Contracting Authority removes from participation in the contract a participant who does not meet the selection criteria or fails to fulfill another a condition specified in the contract notice or in the documentation or which has submitted a tender which does notor fails to comply with the rules and requirements relating to environmental protection, social and labor law, applicable collective agreements and / or provisions of international environmental, social and labor law, or has failed to submit a justification under Art. . 72, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act or whose offer has not been accepted according to Art. 72, para. 3-5 of the PPL, or who does not answerthe terms and conditions set forth in this notice and in the documentation, as well as participants who are related. The guarantee for the implementation of this public procurement contract shall be presented in one of the forms according to Art. 111, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act.
