Acquisition, installation and commissioning of the brake for the bridge stand.

Exclusion reasons: the bidders, the third parties and the subcontractors must not find themselves in the exclusion situations provided for in art. 59-60, 164, 165 and art. 167 of the Law no. 98 / 2016.

The framing of the situations stipulated in art. 59-60, 164, 165 and Art.167 of the Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, draws the exclusionof the tenderer in the contract award procedure.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirements can be demonstrated: completion of the DUAE by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents valid at the date of submission, which prove the fulfillment of the assumed by the completion of the DUAE, shall be presented at thecontracting authority, only by the bidder placed on the first place in the interim ranking made at the completion of the tender evaluation. These documents are: - the firm commitment of the third party to support the way in which its support, the subcontracting agreement and / or the association agreement will be achieved, as the case may be. With the submission of DUAE, bidders are requiredto present the commitment of the third supporter (together with supporting documents to the engagement submitted to them by third party / third-party supporters, from which the actual manner in which the support will be materialized). The supporting documents shall be requested from the first ranked bidder in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the tender evaluation, in any of the exclusion situations referred to in art. 59-60,

- certificates certifying the lack of overdue debts related to the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the general consolidated budget (state budget, local budget, etc.) at the moment of their presentation, - the criminal record of the economic operator and members of the management, management or supervisory bodyoversight of the respective economic operator or of those having the power of decision or control within it, as follows from the certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act,

- as the case may be, documents proving that the economic operator can benefit from the derogations provided for in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2) and art. 171 of Law no. 98/2016 on acquisitionspublic documents, - other editing documents, as the case may be.

For foreign tenderers: documents proving eligibility issued by the competent authorities of the country where they are residents (certificates, criminal record, other equivalent documents) regarding the lack of overdue debts related to payment of taxes, taxes and contributions to the state budget and budgetat the time of their presentation. The documents listed above being submitted online must be valid on the date of their submission.
