The quantities of food supplies for the needs of the social institutions will be made with pre-made written requests from the contracting authority to the contractor, with suitable transportation only within the working hours of theThe contracting entity, such as the freight transport facilities at the premises, is at the expense of the Contractor. Included in Lot No 1 for Procurement, as they are forecast and do not engage the Assignor with their overall absorption upon conclusion of the contract.These are described in the Technical Specification The proposed meat of pigs, large and small ruminants, birds must have been obtained from healthy animals / birds, in approved enterprises, as required by Annex III of Regulation No 853/2004 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council parliamentto the Council of 29.4.2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin. The indication of the country of origin or place of provenance for fresh, chilled or frozen meat of pigs, sheep, goats and poultry shall be carried out in accordance with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1337/2013 of 13.12.2013 laying down rules for the implementation of the Regulation(EU) No 1169/2011. of Eur. Parliament and the Council on the indication of the country of origin or place of provenance for fresh, chilled or frozen meat of swine, sheep, goats and poultry. The fish must be supplied by regulated fish and fish-harvesting establishments meeting the requirements of Annex III, Section VIII of EC Regulation No 853/2004. Parliament and the Council of 29 April 2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin and meeting the TD of the producer. Fish and Drinkthe products have been properly labeled and marked in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on Labeling and Presentation of Foods adopted by Council of Ministers Decree 383/4 December 2014. Delivery is made: for meat and meat products-twice a week, for fish and fishery products-one-weekly, upon receipt of a request from the contracting authority, the delivery time of the food products being at the discretion of the Contractor but not less than 3 hours. In the event of an urgent need, the assignor reserves the right to require the contractor to perform express deliveries within 2 hours of the request of the assignor.

The participant should have an auction itemwholesale of food products from the respective group of food products in the separate item which is entered in the Register of the establishments for production and trade in food, meeting the requirements for production and trade of the offered products, registered as a permanent establishment under Art. 12 of the Food Law

- for lot 1: Meat, meat products, fish and fishery products,

--for lot No 2: Milk and dairy products, - for lot 3: cereals and cereals, bread, pastry and confectionery products, - for lot No 4: Fruit, vegetables and products thereof preserved, dried and frozen, - for Lot No 5: Other foodstuffs - The requirement applies to all participants in the procedure, regardless of which- When participating in more than one lot, the requirement applies cumulatively to groups of food products. The site may be one, but with registration for trading with different groups of food products. In case the participant participates as an association / consortium which is not a legal entity, the minimum requirement to hold a Certificate of-registration in the register of establishments for food production and trade refers to each member of the consortium / consortium who will carry out activities requiring a registration certificate and not for each of the persons included in it. 60 of the Public Procurement Act, foreign participants can prove the suitability requirement by entering in a similar register under the legislation of the statein which they are established.

On the grounds of Art. 67, para. 5 of the PPA, the assignor may require the participants at any time to submit all or part of the documents proving the information in EEDOP. In this regard, documents to prove the suitability for participants at the selection stage of the participants:

- Copy of the certificate of registration of a site under the Food Act or equivalenta copy of the certificate for registration of an object under the Food Law. 61 of the Public Procurement Act to prove the economic and financial standing of the participants in the present procurement. * * Important: each participant may submit a tender for one or more lotsneither position!
