The offer concerns the provision of practical help and personal care for resident citizens in Struer Municipality

The offer is implemented as a reverse tenderaccording to the light regime, in accordance with section III of the Procurement Act (Act No. 1564 of 15.12.2015), which means that anyone who is not subject to the exclusion grounds, cf. 6 and who meet the minimum requirements can submit offers.

According to sections 83 and 91 of the Social Services Act, the municipal council is obliged to create a basis for citizens who have visited personal care and practice.In the case of home help, one can choose between two or more suppliers, one of whom can be a municipal authority. 1, no. 1, - Practical assistance, cf. section 83 (2) of the Services Act. 1, no. 2,

- Rehabilitation program, cf. Section 83a of the Services Act,

- Relief at home, cf. Section 84 of the Services Act, PCS. 1.

It should be noted that basic benefits may also be delegated in accordance with section 138 of the Health Care Act. These benefits may be delegated by the Struer Municipality`s home nursing services, as appropriate. document electronically via Mercell.

Tenderis to confirm that the tenderer is not covered by the compulsory grounds for exclusion in section 135 (1) of the Tendering Act. 1 to 3 and section 136 (see section "Exclusion" of the ESPD).
