1) the service is related to: and is analyzed in the following sub-projects:

AT1: transfer of 2.100.000 tones of lignite from the Bunker CSE to the Kardia SES via the new lignite road (bypassing the bypass of the new Kozani - Ptolemaida Highway) (Transfer distance 11, 143 Km and gradient 0%). 600.000 tons of lignite from the internal deposition of the OBP (A3) to the Kardia SES (transfer distance of 3.66 Km and slope of 1.30%)

AT3: traffic 120.000of lignite tons from the Bunker UCK (A1) to Kardia SES (Transfer distance 1.376 Km and slope of 1.34%)

2) Lignite loading and layering will be done with means, responsibility and expenses of the conveyor

3) the proportion of the quantities of the individual projects can be varied according to the needs of the holding and the actual field data to be met at the Kary Mineto the Lord and to the South Field. Any such change does not entitle any claim to the service provider or the Company, as there are separate unit prices for each individual project. 4) If the Company's needs change, lignite can be transferred from another mine or else SAR.

5) the weighted average transport distance from the center of gravity of theloading area up to the center of gravity of the deposition area must not differ by more than -10%. in relation to the one indicated on the conventional invoice and shown in T6 / 804, T6 / 805 and T6 / 806. In case of a greater variation of a distance, the unit price will be increased, as discussed in Article 13 of the Special Terms. In the case of a new single pricefor any new work that will result and for which a construction plan will be given, the possibility of a 10% reduction of the transfer distance without modification of price is not applicable and the new unit price will be determined in accordance with Article 13 of the Special Conditions. the Company has the right to reduce or increase up to 20% of the monthlywith the same bidding rates, extending or decreasing the execution time respectively. In any of the above cases, the Company is required to notify the contractor at least 1 month earlier if the monthly rate fluctuation does not exceed 10% or 2 months earlier if the monthly rate fluctuation exceeds 10%. More than 20%a change in the monthly contractual rate can be made only with the mutual consent of the two parties 7) in the case of diversification of the conventional transmission distances, the contractual obligations of the service provider will be calculated on the basis of the absorption of the funds. in a proven satisfactory operating condition and will carry the legal load that they aredetermined by their marketing authorization. Turnover

In the event of a natural or legal person, the same in the case of a union of persons, published financial statementsor extracts from the financial statements for the last 3 financial years. If the bidder is active for less than the last 3 years, then the average turnover will be calculated on the basis of the financial year in which it is active.

If the offeror is an individual or a personal undertaking (Single-person IKE) and only if the latter does not-has a legal obligation to prepare financial statements, a responsible statement will be made. Stating that it is not required by the applicable law to prepare financial statements and turnover for each year from the above mentioned periods of time

For the control and certification of the above required economic and financial adequacy, thebidders must necessarily submit with their bid (file B) the corresponding relevant evidence, which may be:

the published financial statements and any relevant reports thereof, - a certified statement by a certified auditor or accountant or a copy of the last recognized balance sheet or the latest published balance sheet (where there is an obligation to publish), -claims of co - operating financial institutions
