Rental of public transport vehicles on behalf of the city and the CCAS

Reference Number: 2019/26

Rental of coaches with driver for transportation children and adults, including seniors, for the benefit of the city and the Longjumeau Communal Social Action Center (CCAS). These displacements rmeet the needs of schools, recreation centers, municipal services in charge of school, educational, cultural and leisure outings. Are excluded the services including the mobilization of a bus 2 days and more consecutively during a stay for example.

Main Site: Municipality of Longjumeau Ile-de-France.

Framework agreement with purchase orders single-recipient reby application of the fixed unit prices in the Annex to the Commitment Act (BPU) with an annual minimum of EUR 40 000 excluding VAT and an annual maximum of EUR 220 000 excluding VAT.

The market is broken down into 3 types of services:

- for travel to municipal facilities,

- for leisure receptions,

- for school, educational, cultural and leisure trips.e different capacities must be mobilized:

- from 9 to 30 seats,

- from 31 to 59 seats,

- more than 60 seats,

- a capacity of less than 9 places is proposed only for school trips, educational, cultural and leisure.

Registration of the company in the transport register and / or the register of businesses and companies is mandatory. The deletion of the registry holdertransport will immediately result in the cancellation of the market without compensation. Nomination letter of the representative by his co-contractors (DC1) or equivalent or a presentation of the candidate and a declaration on the honor duly dated and signed to justify that it enters in any of the cases mentioned in articles L. 2141- 1, L. 2141-2, L. 2141-3, L. 2141-4, L. 2141-5, L. 2141-7, L.2141-8, L. 2141-9, L. 2141-10 and L. 2141-11 of the code the public order in particular that it fulfills the obligations concerning the employment of handicapped workers defined in articles L. 5212-1 to L 5212-11 of the Labor Code. If the candidate is in bankruptcy: copy of the judgment (s) pronounced.

Declaration concerning the global turnover and the turnover concerningthe services covered by this contract carried out during the last 3 financial years available, if necessary according to the date of creation of the company or the beginning of the business activity of the economic operator.

Free variants are not allowed.

An advance will be granted to the holder in the case where the amount of a purchase order is greater than 50 000 EUR HT, and in the caseor the time limit for execution is greater than 2 months, unless the latter expressly renounces it by indicating it in the act of commitment. The granting of this advance is subject to the lodging of a guarantee at first request by the holder of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 2191-7 of the Public Order Code. In application of Articles R. 2191-7 and R. 2191-10 of the Code ofthe public order, the advance amount is fixed at 5% of the total amount of the order form.

The services, subject of this contract, will be settled by administrative mandate within a period of 30 days from the receipt of the order. or properly established invoices. They will be financed from the capital of the operating budget of the city or the CCAS. In case of joint groupingt the agent of the group must be jointly and severally liable for the performance of the public contract of each member of the group for its contractual obligations towards the buyer.
