Main Site: The purpose of this march is to provide a school bus service by Velo a electrical assistance (VAE) to several municipalities of the agglomeration Seine-Eure

Assignment of a single market.

Estimated amount of benefits for the duration of the framework agreement: EUR 675 000.00

The application is submitted either in the form of forms DC1 and DC2 (freely available on the website www.economie.gouv.fr), either in the form of a Single European Market Document (DUME).

The transmission of folds by paper is authorized: post with AR, deposit against receipt.

The transmission of documents electronically is carried out on the buyer profile. However, the transmission of documents on an electronic physical medium (CD-ROM, USB key ...) is not allowed.

The choice of-Transmission mode is global and irreversible.

Applicants must apply the same method of transmission to all documents sent to the contracting authority. Each transmission will be the subject of a certain date of reception and an acknowledgment of electronic reception. As such, the reference time zone is (GMT 01:00) Paris, Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid. The fold will be considere if the download ends after the scheduled date and time. If a new letter is electronically sent by the same candidate, the same candidate cancels and replaces the previous letter. The envelope can be duplicated with a backup copy transmitted within the time limits, on electronic physical support or on paper. This copy is transmitted under seal and includesobligatorily the mention, as well as the name of the candidate and the identification of the procedure concerned. No electronic format is recommended for the transmission of documents. However, the files will have to be transmitted in widely available formats.

The electronic formats in which documents may be transmitted are as follows: each piece for which a signature is required must have an individual electronic signature and conform to the format XADES, CADES or PADES. The only electronic signature of the fold does not carry value of commitment of the candidate. The security level required for the electronic signature certificate is the level (**) of the RGS. After allocation, the retained electronic offer will be transformed into a paper offer for dataplace the handwritten signature of the framework agreement by the parties.

The costs of access to the network and recourse to the electronic signature are the responsibility of the candidates.
