CPV Description: Hire of machinery for cleaning in rivers and streams of competence The object of the contract is the rental of machinery and trucks, in the form of five (5) workshops, as follows: one (1) workshop, consisting of two (2) Crawler Dragline mechanical excavators, two (2)-(1) Crawler Hydraulic Excavator with the possibility of cleaning of sludge materials, both under and through technically, and two (2) workshops, consisting of a (1) crawler hydraulic excavator, with the possibility of cleaning of sludges under and through technical, and two (2) dumper trucks.

In particular, leased machinery in the form of workshops, willto be used for the purification and dredging of streams and rivers, at the geographical boundaries of the Regional Unity of Rhodope, which will be indicated by our Service and are, as illustrated in the enclosed snapshots of Google Earth, the following: stream from Anthochori Industrial Area area until it was ejected into the Lissos River, part of the Asomata stream from the provinceor the road up to the settlement of Wafanton, the Glyfada stream, the Thorioni stream from the highway to the industrial area, the Loafari stream, the Trelokimarro to the Kosmios bridge, the Kopterou torrent section from the provincial road to the redevelopment boundaries, the Paradise stream, the Siati and Linos stream, parts of them from the Egnatia gorge to their estuaries in the Trayo River, part of the stream from Sapes to Tsifl(1) for the valid participation in the process of concluding this contract, the participation of the participating economic operators (tenderers), the guarantee letter of participation (2% of the total value of the contract) of the estimated value per segment), which amounts to:

Section 1:, estimatedof a value of EUR 157 920.00 plus VAT - EUR 3 159.00 - Section 2: Estimated value of EUR 60 240.00 plus VAT - EUR 1 205.00 - Section 3: Estimated value of EUR 60 240.00 plus VAT - EUR 1 205.00 - Section 4: Estimated value of EUR 102 400.00 plus VAT - EUR 2 048.00 - Section 5: Estimated value of EUR 102 400.00 plus VAT - EUR 2 048.00.

2) for signing the contract, a good guarantee is requiredpursuant to Article 72 (1) (b) of Law 4412/2016, amounting to 5% of the value of the contract, excluding VAT and paid before or at the time of signing the contract., involved in the process of concluding this contract, are required to engage in a professional activity related to the subject matter of the procured service.

Financialsentities established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area(EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SBS. or in third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures, are required to be registered in appropriate professional or trade registers.
