Rental without driver of compactors, shovels et of public works equipment, maintenance and replacement included for the Department of India and the EPD Blanche de Fontarce - 8 lots.

Single-frame framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum with a maximum amount of 41 666, 67 EUR (ex VAT)

Execution deadlines left to the initiative of the candidates, without however being superior to:

- time of provision of the material to countof the notification of the purchase order: 4 working days,

- time of removal of the material at the time of the restitution from the request of the contracting authority: 4 hours,

- maximum period of immobilization following a breakdown as of the notification of the breakdown to the holder: 4 hours,

- time of urgent implementation of additional material during the working hours from the notificatorder: 1 day

Monthly fee:

The candidate must indicate the number of fixed single working days applied throughout the duration of the framework agreement without being able to be superior to 22 days.

Discount on catalog requested for the supplies not provided for in the price schedule but forming part of the same homogeneous family as the services in the price schedule.
