EU supply of 72 kV high voltage cables

Contractor wants delivery of 72 kV high voltage cables for known projects for delivery in Q2-Q4 2020.

The contractor wants delivery of 72 kV high voltage cables for known projects for Q2-Q4 2020.

The offer includes a total volume of incl. option pa: 72 kV high voltage cables 630 mm = 55 000 meters

It is a requirement that winning suppliersPart 1 may deliver the first supply of cables June 2020 and subsequent deliveries up to Q4 2020, cf. Annex A, Contract Draft. The tenderer can thus be awarded all 3 sub-contracts, provided that the tenderer has submitted the most economically advantageous tender for the contracting party in accordance with section 14.1 of the tender.conditions. The applicant can apply for pre-qualification for all 3 subcontracts, but must, when submitting tenders, state in Annex C, the offer list, which subcontractors can actually promise. The contracting entity will then award the contracts to the suppliers who, for the contracting entity, give the overall most economically advantageous offer for all 3 sub-agreements at the award criterion price.

Applicant must provide the requested information in Part III of the contract notice. Applicant must confirm that

The requested information forms the basis for the contractor's assessment of whether the applicant is suitable for lifting the tender offered and which applicants are invited to apply.make offers. If the applicant participates in the tendering procedure with others, in particular as part of a group, consortium, joint venture or similar, all interested parties must submit a separate ESPD. All required information under Parts III and IV must be provided for each participant. However, in the suitability assessment it will be the overall suitability assessed. If they called upIf not, all requests are made by all participants, the request is not necessarily unconditional, but it may have an impact on the suitability assessment. In addition, each participant in the individual ESPD must indicate the role of the economic operator in the group, the other economic actors participating in the procedure and, where appropriate, the name of the participating group (ESPD part II.A). If the applicant is based onthe financial and economic capacities of the entities, they must also enclose a separate ESPD with completed Part II, Part A and B, Part III duly completed by the entities concerned (ESDP Part II, Part C) and Part IV. In the suitability assessment, it will be the overall fitness assessed. If the economic operator intends to subcontract part of the contractto third parties, they must also enclose a separate ESPD with completed Part II, Sections A and B, Part III duly completed by the entities concerned (ESDP Part II, Section C) and Part IV. Applicant can only submit an application for pre-qualification. If the same legal entity is part of or otherwise participates in several applications, e.g. even submits own application but contemporaneousAs part of a group, consortium, joint venture or similar, applicants must ensure that the same legal entity's participation does not entail the possibility of mutually affecting the content of the various tenderers' offers. If an applicant relies on the economic and financial capacity and / or technical and professional capacity of other entities, the applicant must provide a declaration of support oror other documentation proving that the applicant actually has the necessary capacity. Application must be submitted electronically on TrueTender. In accordance with point IV.2.4), applications and offers including attachments must be submitted in Danish. Any documentation including technical specifications, including product data sheets or similar, may however be in English, provided the original documentation is notIt is available in Danish.
