"Periodic delivery of fuel for heating with included transport fee for the needs of Krasna Polyana office and office Blagoevgrad to TD of NRA Sofia"

The fulfillment of the subject of the order will consist of periodical supplies of fuel for heating after receipt of a written request by the contracting entity's contractor for execution of the contract, submitted by e-mail or fax-by the contractor, an e-mail address or a number, subject to the following requirements:

The fulfillment of the subject of the order will consist of periodical supplies of heating fuel upon receipt of a written request fromthe coordinator for the execution of the contract by the contracting authority, submitted by e-mail or fax to a specified by the contractor electronic address or number, subject to the following requirements: - the deadline for execution of each specific application is up to 3 (three) working days receipt of the application by the contractor,

the quantities requested by each particular written request from the contracting authority to the contractor, may be less than 1, 000 liters for Krasna Polyana office at TD of NRA Sofia and 1, 000 (thousand) liters for office Blagoevgrad to TD of NRA Sofia.The smaller of this quantity of applications may be accepted for performance only by goodwill and, if possible, by the contractor.

Participants should hold a valid license to carry cargo on the territory of Republicor the valid license to carry out international carriage of goods - a Community license.

The participant fills in the information in Part IV, Section A "Fitness", "Entry in the relevant professional register", of the Single European Public Procurement Document (EEDOP), an integral part of the documentation for participation in this procedure, to prove the existence of a valid license to performthe public transport of goods on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria or for the international transport of goods. The information should include license number, date of issue, license issuer, as well as a link to the relevant register of valid licenses on the website of the Automobile Administration Executive Agency

Minimum requirement:

The participant has a license to carry out the carriage on iton the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria or a license for international carriage of goods, which also applies in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Not required .. The Contracting Authority shall remove from participation a participant for whom there are other than the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and those under Art. 55, para. 1, items 1, 3, 4 and 5 of the PPA as well as when it is established that the participant is a company registered in preferential jurisdictionor is controlled by such a company or one of the members of the grouping is a person registered or controlled by a registered company, unless there is an exception under Art. 4 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with companies registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners, as well as-when the identification and verification of the client's identification through the means provided by the Money Laundering Measures Act and its Implementation Rules (MIPD) can not be carried out, including when the client is a legal person - to the natural persons who are its actual owners, within the meaning of - 2 of the LMML, as well as on the grounds under Art. 107 of the PPA and 69 of the CCPPI.
