Peritoneal Dialysis Services Packages

The subject of the purchase is the patient's home peritoneal dialysis service packs (APD and CAPD) and the PD supplies the subscriber needs at the hospital. The provider must provide both types of APD mixed CAPD service packages and the PD treatment supplies needed by the subscriber in the hospital.Airborne District Municipal Association (HUS) Patient Responsible Care

Home Care

Service Packages include all the equipment, equipment, supplies, and equipment required for patient PD in the HUS 1 area. Purchase sisaeltaeae myoes training and technical support services.

Subcontracting

Subcontractor information must be provided in a separate appendix, which will be downloaded as part of the offer, and the appendix shall be titled "Subcontractor Information." Therefore, the tenderers must undertake to ensure that the subcontractors named in the tender are open to tender, in which case the tenderer Michael will be selected. The grouping country information shall be provided, where appropriate, in the form of a sawdust ESDP.
