This selection guide describes the restricted European tendering procedure forthe execution of a Preventive Medical Examination (PMO) / Targeted Periodic Examination (GPO) / Biological monitoring (BM) in 2020 2021.

The assignment comprises a one-off service with an estimated value of EUR 500, 000 which must be paid in its entirety are carried out. The preparation starts in the 2nd quarter of 2020 and then the 1 questionnaires are also turned off. The expected start of the first inspectionsis June 2020. Completion of the contract, including reports, is in the 1 quarter of 2021. The inspections must be able to be carried out simultaneously by the candidate at various locations in the country.

During and after completion of the contract, 1 quarter of 2021, contracting authority the possibility to house all individual inspections until the next GPO (2022 2023)with candidate at the same conditions (price) as agreed in the execution of the contract in 2020 2021.

After registering an individual inspection by the contracting authority, this (loose) inspection must take place within 14 calendar days (and within a radius of 40 km of the place of residence or Enexis place of employment of the employee concerned) have been completed by the candidate
